Horrible pharmacy do not use them. Ordered my prescription at 10 AM in the morning. Want to pick it up at 4 PM in the afternoon wasted my time didn’t have the medicine told me to come back tomorrow. I cannot go without the medicine for a day. Called my prescription into another store supposedly and we’re going to fax over the prescription so the other store could fill it shop at Walmart grocery shop kill time 2 1/2 hours two hours later come over to the other pharmacy they had not faxed over my prescription. The girl at this pharmacy tells me I haven’t received it and I called Walmart. Talk to the store manager store manager could be least concerned finally get the medicine or prescription faxed over in the other stores. Tell me it’s gonna be an hour before I can get my medicine, do not use Walmart Cambridge, Ohio as their service is horrible and their pharmacists are incompetent. If you do what you say you’re going to do all is good if you don’t, you may as well site on the couch because all you’re doing is frustrating people. Stay home you lazy bums!

I have consistently had to go to this pharmacy without being able to get my medication due to difficulties stemming from my present situation and shortages of my medication. Through it all, all the various pharmacists have been super patient and helpful despite the consistent difficulties on my part.

So my wife drove 20 minutes to pick up our meds yesterday & she got there at 2 pm. She was the only person in line & only 1 person being checked out! A short lady with light colored hair came around & told her she had to come back at 3 rudely do to the only guy working the register was going to lunch! So, if you look at the hours of operation for the pharmacy, there’s no hours of closing do to lunch anywhere on it & if the guy working the register was going to lunch, why couldn’t she check out my wife so that we could get & take our meds & not have to drive back in the following day? She told my wife she wasn’t breaking any labor laws for a prescription, but how can a labor law be broken when there’s a staggering lunch for them? Someone had to be working when the guy went to lunch, right? Very rude & unprofessional of the lady!!!!!!! May just change pharmacies if that’s how they want to treat people & if she dislikes her job that much that you have to be rude & unprofessional with customers….simply quit!!!!

I'm satisfied with all the employees and service at this pharmacy and give them 5 stars with the exception of one.. Trustin is her name I believe. Long black hair. Always abrupt, rude, cocky attitude, never smiles, never a thank you, practically throws your prescription at you, wont even look at you. This place would excel without her. Worst person I've ever dealt with as a customer. The rest of you, keep up the good work!

Pharmacist wasted my time. I told her multiple times I have Medicaid and gave her my id number. She asked who it was through and I said all I know is it’s through Medicaid and I know my ID number. Then she had me call Medicaid to get all this information and all these numbers I didn’t need. After being on hold with them for 40 minutes. Finally someone answers just to tell me all I need is in fact my ID number and to tell her it’s Medicaid. Which I did. So I go back in, tell her exactly that. Then she told me that’s not how it works && I’m wrong. She made a huge deal about it just to ask again who it’s through, I for the 10th time said Medicaid. She then gets it finally and proceeds to tell me I never told her it was Medicaid. I said it multiple times!! Wasted my time completely.

Really have no issues with the pharmacy other than them getting upset when I am forced to park outside the door because the 4 "reserved for pick up" spots are filled with empty cars because people use them as regular parking spots. If Wal Mart can't enforce these as such, get rid of them because their useless for curbside pickup. In fact, get rid of all reserved spots because nobody has the respect for handicapped people . Enforce the signs or get rid of the spots and don't give ME attitude for being forced to park elsewhere for pick ups!

I've had mixed results. It truly depends on the pharmacist that fills your order and the tech you speak to. Many times we have been told it was ready when it took several more days after. Then in the end get refused and transferred to another pharmacy.

Went and picked up my prescription when I got home to put it in my pillbox organizer. I noticed my medicine was short a few pills! I called and they told me there’s nothing they could do about it.
