He greeted her at the door and knew exactly what to do. Picked out an inexpensive wiper blade for her and installed it himself. What a class act....customer service like this is scarce. “Purchased thru Year One. Took a while to get, but is a great looking battery. So far, works fine. Started the car right out of the box. Charge it when you get it; I had a show to go to, after a couple starts had to jump start the car. Put it on a 10 amp charge for a few hours after that, no problems since. Been driving the car and starting multiple times with no issues.”
