I went to AutoZone this morning to get a new battery. Jay was really nice and he confirmed that’s what was wrong. He even put the battery in and got rid of the old one was very friendly even gave my dog some treats A+ customer service. Thanks, jay!

My son and I came in here because his tail lights were not working. We were instantly helped by a friendly associate. He was having difficulty finding the correct tool and Jay, the store manager, then asked if his associate needed help. I would like to add that Jay was literally on the way out the door to go home! Jay then also helped us fix the blown fuse in the tail lights. They were so helpful and we greatly appreciated their time and kindness. Thank you again Greg and Jay!!!!!!

The cold weather took a toll on my battery. I called and talked to Ben to see if they could install a new one for me. He said most likely yes. I arrived and was greeted by Jay. I told him what I needed. Jay
installed my new battery and got me on my way. Jay truly treated me like family the whole time. I'll definitely recommend this store to my friends. Thank you, Jay!

The store manager Jay was awesome, my sister went in worrying about brake lights. Her running lights also aren’t working. Jay took the time to come out to the car and figure out what lightbulbs needed replaced. He proceeded to help her replace the lights in the parking lot so that she could feel comfortable driving home. If you need any sort of auto parts for your car would completely recommend AutoZone and going to jay!

Jay The store manager went above and beyond! Not only did he come out to make sure we had the right light to put in our break lights, he actually went ahead and installed them. when he couldn’t find the part number on the computer, he knew enough to walk out and find a bulb that would work. Could not have asked for better service and help. we recommend Jay and his team to anyone!

I found myself in an emergency situation, and Jay the store manager diagnosed the problem immediately and took the time to fix the issue so I could safely get back on the road. His friendly small talk put me at ease, and he seamlessly helped others in the store at the same time. Also very affordable. Thank you for turning my bad night around!!
