Bought a Silverado in winter, they said everything worked. Found out in the summer that the a/c didn’t work. Had aftermarket wheels and tires, but did not have hub centric spacers which made it shake violently at 60mph and up and extremely dangerous to drive. Removed old fender flares only to find a lot of rust with major holes. When I went to pick the truck up after purchasing they said the floor mats where In the back of the truck, and they were with 2ft of snow and ice on them. Driver floor mat was also in poor condition. The transmission has been shifting weird but the warranty I purchased from them will only pay 2000 dollars towards a new transmission when they are over 5000. They also said the warranty was included only to find out I paid 5000 extra for the warranty after I signed everything. Seriously been thinking of taking them to court.

All the anxiety that goes with buying a car was made easy today. We met Brad and he instantly relaxed us. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question we asked. He made the car buying process easy with no pressure. We definitely will tell everybody about our experience (i'm a talker) and show them our beautiful new car. Thank you Brad!!

Very shady salesman. Went to the dealership in response to an ad I saw and the price did not match the ad. When I pointed this out I was given a run around. Then when I said that I wanted to pay cash I was told that is not an option and the loan agreement that they gave me was very shady. Do not buy from buck without closely reading their fine print.

Dan Buck and his minion Bradley are scammers. The deal you agree to verbally will not match the contract they ask you to sign. Read the contract carefully before signing, pay close attention to the costs and additional warranties, and length of loan. BUYER BEWARE!

We had a great experience! This by far was the fastest car purchase we have ever made! I inquired about the cars we were interested in that morning when we arrived the cars were lined up running and ready for us to test drive! The loan process was very quick and Bradley our salesman did an amazing job start to finish ! From the time we stepped foot on the lot to leaving with our newly purchased vehicle was an hour !! Couldn't be happier with our experience!

If you would love to your waste your time check this place out. We made an appointment with Bradley and drove 50 minutes to get to this dealership to check out a car. We get there, look it over, and ask to take it on a test drive. Right away Bradley starts asing how we are going to pay and we said we would discuss that later because we would like to test drive the car first. Well he tell us we'll have to wait for his manager to get there so he can ask if we can test drive it because their procedure is to run a credit check first and discuss financing. I'm sorry but I am not agreeing to buy a car before i have a chance to test drive it. So we asked Bradley where his manager was and he said he was coming, he had another appointment. We waited a few more minutes, asked him to call his manager because we were there on time for our 10:30am appointment, and he said he's coming and that we just have to wait. We got up and left; drove all that way and wasn't even allowed to test drive the car. What a waste of our time.

I have never had a worst experience with a car dealership. I went to the dealership to look at a vehicle that I was interested in. We walked around the lot for 10 to 15 minutes looking at vehicles and no one even came out. We thought they were closed. After walking up, we realized they were open and we went inside. The two salesman that were in there asked if they could help us and when I told them I wanted to look at a vehicle they came outside with us and never even opened the car for us to look at . Then, when I told them I wanted to take the car for a test drive. They told me that the only way I could do that was if I were to get preapproved for the financing with them first. I have never heard of such a thing in my lifetime of dealing with car dealerships. When I told the salesman I was not interested in taking a hard hit on my credit before I had even driven a car that I was interested in, he said he was sorry, that that’s the way things were. The funny part of this is that I would have bought the vehicle cash. I was so appalled with the service and treatment that we walked off the lot. This took place Saturday afternoon 4/29/23.

I came to your dealership in Canal Fulton to look at a used 2017 Honda Accord Sport. The website shows that sales is open from 10:00am-6:00pm most days. We were there at 5:00pm on a wednesday and told that day was their 'admin' day. So they took my info and said would have someone call me. I really am interested in driving the accord so we showed up at 10:00am Thursday morning. At this point is where it gets interesting. We were then told to go look at the car outside while sales would come out in a few to speak with us. Outside, I was informed that they do NOT sell a used car to anyone who had not previously purchased a vehicle from them. So they refused to even let me look at the car. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Buck Chevrolet based on this experience.According to your website: "We are a new and used auto dealer in CANAL FULTON serving Canton and Akron, OH Chevrolet drivers, and the entire Summit County area. However, our small, friendly dealership does have customers traveling from over 100 miles away, thanks to our great prices and low overhead."I am a summit county resident that they refused to allow to even test drive a car because I had not previously purchased from them.

I would not give this estaishment my business if it was the last car dealer on earth!! I was willing to drive from PA to purchase a vehicle off of them. The first salesman I spoke to do not even want to give me a rough appraisal on my trade in over the phone. He wanted me to schedule a appointment and drive the whole way out there. The second time I called that salesman wanted to do business over text messages. I tried speaking to the sales manager only to be belittled over text messages. After I told him I was going to share his messages he preceded to text me to please do. It will keep like minded people as myself out of his business. They are not the only chevy dealer around. My money and hope everyone who reads this, their money too will go somewhere else!! Jim F

If you're looking to get ignored, this is the place for you. I went to see an SUV they had listed online. After wandering around in their lot for 10 minutes, I headed into the showroom. Even then, could find a salesperson anywhere. Finally, a person from service paged someone. That person headed to a desk, never looked at me and said to come back next week. How is this place still in business?

DO NOT GO HERE! The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The management here is rude, disrespectful and everything that is wrong with this world. Not to mention if you leave a bad review on other websites, they'll gas light you. Clearly I am not the only one with this experience, as all of the other reviews are consistent with my own experience.

Drove an hour with the intention of buying a vehicle they had on the lot. Got there and the salesman didn't want to sell it. Wouldn't even unlock it to let me see the inside let alone drive it. He promised me that if I came back later in the week I could get it at the same price and he'd be able to unlock it for me. The next morning I see the vehicle marked up $3,000 online. I called them and couldn't get the original price. Won't waste my time here again.
