I was driving the world's worst car with not so hot credit, but I was desperate. Car Guru led me to these guys, and with just 500 down, they were able to get even me approved for a car loan. I'd recommend them to anyone. I'll update once I see what the car acts like after the first few hundred miles, but so far it seems like the best car I've ever driven.

Brad is the man to see! He made a stressful situation so smooth, clear & very easy. We were able to choose & complete our purchase with no issues, no pressure & Brad is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Buyer beware!They automatically sign you up for all the add ons and tell you it’s “part of the loan”. This included a BOGUS biweekly payment program that charges you to make payments to your lender. I asked several times why biweekly payments and continued to get the run around. Finally after being told several times NOT to pay my lender directly I clarified and it was disclosed I would be paying a third party.Dan Buck is a LIAR. He made some big dealover the “finance guy” not being in. Told us multiple times he wasn’t used to handling the paperwork. After some research and reading other reviews, this is a lie. Dan is the “finance guy” and the one everyone else is complaining about.They also do not return phone calls once they have your sale. I left 4 voicemails with the “finance department” (also Dan Buck) and no one bothered to return my call.They are now telling me (via email. My phone calls were NEVER returned) that they won’t be honoring my request to cancel a warranty (that was “included” only it wasn’t and I paid for it) because of my google review. Great business practices.“it was a unanimous vote to stay with the terms and conditionsof the contract after they read your google review.” Direct quote from their email.We are loyal Chevy drivers and were hoping we had found a new dealership to work with regularly. This is not it. Predators! HORRIBLE communication. Unethical business practices.

DO NOT BUY HERE. They lied to my elderly father. Told him the truck had been sold when it was not because they only want to use their finance company for the kickbacks. He went back and purchased the vehicle another day. Sold him an extended warranty and within 24 hours he said he did not want the extended warranty. They refuse to cancel. They do not care about their customers -- or future customers. So just take your business elsewhere.

Took my leased chevy equinox there, and bought it out. I should of just went to the wooster chevy.Pros: Got me my leased car an approved loan for me. Apr approved for less than 15%Con: He stripped all the warranties off my car. I was signing paperwork before i got to see the monthly payment. The monthly payment was negotiated at a lower rate, but i got stuck with a higher rate. My car payment charges me every other week rather than the traditional once a month.I will never come back. i felt like i got scammed harder than usual. This place operates an "as is". So none of your vehicles will have manufacturing warranties. I checked the small lot there, and all the cars were tagged with "as is."Remember you always have 10 days to return a vehicle. If they wont honor that then don't purchase any cars from them.OpinionGreat APR, signing paperwork before seeing actual monthly payment. Quick and didn't take all day.Edit: 2nd glance.

Bought a Silverado in winter, they said everything worked. Found out in the summer that the a/c didn’t work. Had aftermarket wheels and tires, but did not have hub centric spacers which made it shake violently at 60mph and up and extremely dangerous to drive. Removed old fender flares only to find a lot of rust with major holes. When I went to pick the truck up after purchasing they said the floor mats where In the back of the truck, and they were with 2ft of snow and ice on them. Driver floor mat was also in poor condition. The transmission has been shifting weird but the warranty I purchased from them will only pay 2000 dollars towards a new transmission when they are over 5000. They also said the warranty was included only to find out I paid 5000 extra for the warranty after I signed everything. Seriously been thinking of taking them to court.

All the anxiety that goes with buying a car was made easy today. We met Brad and he instantly relaxed us. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question we asked.
