Great place to take your car, I use Northwest Auto for almost all my repairs. The service is exceptional and their prices are fair. They even took my car without an appointment when i discovered a coolant leak after I got to my office, and had it repaired the same day. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance

i’ve had quite a few issues with Northwest auto the first being when they replaced a wheel bearing on my cobalt they sold me a bad part the wheel bearing studs didn’t sit right it messed up my rim they refused to replace the rim when I had evidence from another shop that checked it out that said my room was beveled. I was d*** enough to take another car back there when I had an engine seized up they replaced the engine. from the moment the engine was replaced and I drove it o

I was able to drop off my Jeep for a last minute radiator repair. My Jeep had the doors off and they were kind enough to park it inside the garage where it would be safe from outside elements. The Jeep was repaired correctly in a timely manner. Very thankful for their service and kindness!
