Wait times in pharmacy are ridiculous.I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes in line ( drive thru only, inside was closed ) Cars were around 3 sides of the building and out on to locust street. When I call phone rolls over and never gets answered. When I was able to get thru I asked for a refill on a prescription and was told it would be "a couple days". It is common to wait at least 45 minutes in line at minimum. As a working adult I do not have the time for this. I will take my business elsewhere.

This pharmacy is so slow!! They never answer the phone and sometimes the drive thru is closed while other times the drive thru is the only thing open. There are no signs to let the customer know if the inside is closed. Hopefully they can get things together before everyone transfers their prescriptions!

With out a doubt the worst business in Canal Fulton! There is no customer service they won’t even answer a phone after waiting over 30 minutes! I would have given no stars but you can write a review without a star rating. Run as fast as you can from this place. If corporate can’t keep the place staffed and motivated to customer service, shut it down!

It's the worst poor service you go through the pharmacy drive through and you wait anywhere frome a halp hour to a hour then they talk and talk instead of doing there job they are rude I didn't even want to give a Star bit had to to post this I will be going back to Walgreens wqy better service and FAST at that RITE AID SUCKS!!!!?!

The pharmacist is nice but this pharmacy is disorganized and poorly run. I went to the rite aid in Fairlawn monthly for the past 8 years and never had 1 issue. Since switching to this location, they've overcharged me and most irritating, I have been trying to call they for 3 weeks, different times of the day and different days unsuccessfully. I've even called the store to tell them there may be a problem with their phones, but they confirmed they are just busy and not answering. Extremely poor customer service.

Called ahead to make sure my prescription would be ready to avoid an unnecessary trip and was told to give them 30min. An hour & 10 minutes later (and after waiting in line behind several cars) I was told it would still be another 30mins. What was the point of me calling ahead then??

I've been getting prescriptions for over 20 years now and in the last 5 years this is by far the worst pharmacy! They are extremely unorganized. They never smile, and they honestly could care less about you or your meds. I was told this is a training store and thats why there are so many problems. I called my meds in a couple days in advance and when I went to pick them up they said the truck had not come in so they could only give me a couple day supply. But they didn't offer that till I let them know I have to have my medicine. When my couple day supply was out my husband went to go pick up my prescription while I was at work cause they would of been closed by the time I got there. Mind u my husband went at 8:30p.m and they told him they still did not have it in! I did not get a call a text nothing. They told him they called my doctor to see if they could give me a different mlg pill so I would take 1 instead if 2 which is fine. But I had no clue they were contacting my doctor nor did I know I wasn't gonna have my meds that night. Any other time a pharmacy would of called surrounding pharmacys.But this one just says sorry there is nothing they can do. So as a result because I have a couple different sleeping disorders I not only went through withdrawal. But I ran the next day on 2 hours of sleep and ended up being so off balance because I was so tired I fell and broke my elbow and am now out of work for a while. Rite aid..... doctors prescribe us medications for a reason! You are not doctors and cannot take someone off their meds cold turkey! I will be calling corporate. I dont want anyone fired but I want herd. I am changing pharmacys because I'd rather drive a little further and have a pharmacist that is good at their job and actually cares then go to this specific rite aid and have to continue to put up with the lack of customer service. Not all rite aids are like this one. Ive been with rite aid for a long time and hope to find another rite aid to switch to. This one in particular I would stay away from.

They never have anything ready even when they are auto refill. You make several trips to pick up after you physically go to make sure the prescriptions are filled and they forget to fill one but have the other. 3rd trip here today and they put one kids back despite being there the day before telling them you’d be back the next day. Do not waste your time here

Order never ready even when I call ahead to say please notify me if out of order. Struggling to get my insulin shot been 48 hours now. Very disappointed.

Always super helpful whether I’m dealing with the pharmacy or the store staff. Prescriptions ready when they are supposed to be and on auto renewal. Love the place.
