Went to get a new phone and the service was great. Veronica did a great job helping me. I also wanted to mention as I waited, there were 4 customers that came in to upgrade phones, etc. Veronica was able to mange everyone in a timely manner as it was just her in the store and everyone left happily. Great job Veronica for being so helpful and dedicated to GREAT customer service! We appreciate your help & knowledge!

Veronica over at the Canal Winchester AT&T Mobile was excellent in her service. She was able to retrieve my order from online set the phone up and get it to me quickly with out issues. I appreciate all that she does and the service I get from AT&T The next time any kind of cellular service phone otherwise be sure to call on my folks over at AT&T in Canal Winchester thanks.

I recently decided to switch my entire wireless setupâwork phone, personal phone, my girlfriendâs phone, and our smartwatchesâfrom Verizon to AT&T, mainly because I already have AT&T Internet and wanted to take advantage of the bundle savings. We went to the Canal Winchester location, and everything started off smoothly. The woman who helped us was great, and we opted to have the phones shipped to our home addresses.
Thatâs where the problems began. While my iPhone arrived without a hitch, the Galaxy Z Flip required a signature for deliveryâagain, not the storeâs fault, but a FedEx policy. I couldnât be home to sign, so the package sat in limbo for three days. I spent my entire day off getting the runaround between AT&T customer service and FedEx. AT&T told me I needed to speak to FedEx to update the delivery options. FedEx told me only AT&T could make the change. Back and forth I went for hoursâliterally hoursâonly to end up right where I started. It was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences Iâve ever had.
Additionally once in store the AT&T fraud department were some of the rudest and most Incompetent individuals Iâve ever spoken too. Zero regard for customer service and told me I wasnât myself on two occasions providing no re-course. Only when we escalated above the call center did we get an approval and even then when we called the call center back they re-denied me then scolded me, the customer, like a child, for not telling them earlier we had spoken to someone above her and been given the green light. The said âgood to goâ. Just a ridiculous experience there.
Hereâs the thing: if it werenât for Ibad, the store manager at Canal Winchester, I would have canceled everything and gone straight back to Verizon. Ibad stepped in when no one else could. He stayed after hours two days in a row to help me sort this out and made sure everything got handled correctly. He was calm, professional, and completely dedicated to helping a customerâsomething thatâs rare these days.
The corporate side of AT&T needs serious work. This experience made it clear that not every store has someone like Ibad, and frankly, thatâs a problem. If I were grading the national support system, theyâd be lucky to get 1 star. But this locationâand specifically Ibadâdeserves 5 stars and then some. I canât thank him enough, and honestly, AT&T should be doing everything they can to keep him around. People like that are hard to come by.

Veronica was the worst representative I have ever had. I came in first, then her friend came in and from there. I was just another nobody. She told me to do her job, she ignored me, she worked on his phones and just was the worst. Didnât explain to me what I was getting into then 5 days later I get a billđ Chance did come in and he only 18 made a huge difference!!Thanks Chanceđ«¶đœ

Chance and Bob are the best, nicest, most helpful associates I have EVER dealt with regarding AT&T.. normally the associates are rude and donât want to help and act like it is coming out there checks to be nice and helpful to people. However chance and bob restored my faith in customer service and AT&T. I was ready to leave and go to a new company, and they went above and beyond. Not only did I upgrade I also got a new watch. I will forever go back to this location regarding any AT&T issues
