Ibad at AT&T at Canal Winchester was great. He had a store full of customers and did an excellent job getting to everyone effectively and efficiently, with everyone still feeling like a valued customer. He was very knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful experience at AT&T with Ibad Alamat. I had been at Walmart initially and had a terrible experience. Ibad was able to get my original phone number back that Walmart had canceled and was very very helpful. He was waiting on four customers at once juggling between all of us, and he was excellent at what he was doing. He would even go over while he was helping the four of us at the counter talking to the people Waiting in the lobby to be helped seeing if there was something he could assist them with or explain to them that he would be with them in just a few moments. You have a very valuable Hard-working employee working for you and I hope he’s recognized for that.

This kid was amazing. I saw him work with 4 different groups of people at the same time.. No long weights, very knowledgeable, very personable. The kid was an absolute rock star.. It was easily the most enjoyable and comfortable visit. I've ever had with a cell phone dealer. You have earned my business at this particular store location for as long as I remain with AT&T solely because of that young man..

Shoutout to Chelsey Thomson at this store! Spent 2 hours working through issues with accounts, new modem, new DirecTV Streaming account. Patient, knowledgeable, polite, better informed than person at the cust support # given in email from AT&T, persistent in trying to resolve cascading issues, some of which were introduced by previous staff. Doing modem setup now, but hopeful!

Getting a new phone can be a stressful process. Ibad did absolutely everything one could do to make our experence most excellent. Additionally we ordered the high speed internet. It's night and day faster from what we had. We are pleased and honestly if you don't live around Canal Winchester this service is worth the trip. Thanks so much for all the help. It was very uncommon.

Alfonso was absolutely AMAZING! My bill was ridiculously high and we were able to get in contact with Customer Service and get the issue resolved! I couldn’t have done it on my own! I probably wouldn’t have gotten much accomplished as I’m SPICY and Alfonso was the CALM AFTER THE STORM! Thanks Again! ?

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any service ever. First, my equipment was mailed to the wrong location to which I was lied to when I placed the order. Second, I was promised $105 in credit for that inconvenience and the cost of having UPS hold my equipment at their warehouse (which never happened) and that credit has never been received. Third, I was issued an account that is not under my name and now I am unable to cancel the account. AT&T is requiring the “account holder” who was a random stranger that was in the store at the same time as me to call even though the account is under all of my information except for the name. I do not know the man who’s name is on my account and I am now locked in. The careless help I received in this location by the “manager” Ibad (not sure how to spell his name) has had me spend hours fighting with their customer care just to learn I can make no adjustment to the account. I have spent hours trying to rectify this and I would avoid this man and this location at all costs.To further this - it is a breach of confidentiality and privacy because this man that my account is under is responsible if I don’t pay my bill. His social security number is attached to my account that I cannot cancel and I believe this is an insane issue that needs to be addressed. When I asked for his managers number he refused to give it to me and I have received no sort of resolution at all.

The staff was super polite and helpful! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and assisted in seconds. A resolution to my problem was reached in no time and the staff was so pleasant I enjoyed my time in the store.
