So glad I came to this location today. Had a long morning trying to find a new starter for 2013 Traverse and Britt was so helpful on the phone and in store. Top quality customer service. The overall store presentation was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Folks there genuinely want to help. A kind gentleman just saved my butt this morning. I stop here when I go to Kroger, very convenient. When you daily an old Jeep, you need stuff, and I've not had a bad experience here in the several years I've been stopping in. I'm sorry I haven't properly posted a review sooner.

I buy the part from the main street. I tried to return over there, but the guy is very rude. They said to go back to you know the main street I can return anywhere I want.

The employees have no respect. I went into the store and ask car parts. One of the employees was joking about me. And i asked for two oil filters he brought only one and I said I want two. And he replied you did not say two. I said I did. So, basically he was arguing with me. He is racist dude. Someone was entering the store after me and they politely ask how can I help you.
So, They should treat Every customer equally.

One name. Seline!!! Yall have a gem on ur hands and are lucky to have her. I stopped randomly with my kids 12 and 4 after my engine light came on and my car was missing...40 mins from home?. She immediately jumped into action got codes and suggested what to do. when I purchased a coil she even offered to help install it. I dont know if she just felt badly due to the fact that i was crying or if she just is this helpful all the time,but im truly not sure how we would have gotten home withoug her help and knowledge!!! While we worked on the car she made sure my babies were hydrated and had a snack and we even shared a few stories of how shes been there. I can't thank her enough she honestly was a Blessing I needed today and I'm so grateful ? there's still people out there willing to go above and beyond. Thank you seline for giving me and my children not only great customer service but self confidence that even tho I'm a girl I can do it if I try. Keep being you, you are one of a kind

I don’t know where to start! I needed break lights and turn signal lights for both front and back of my VERY hard to reach vehicle. The manager, Seline was so pleasant to work with! She checked while I was home on the phone with her, to make sure the needed bulbs were in! The bulbs were in and I showed up later that night, unannounced and a very kind and helpful employee listened to what was needed and not only got the items for me, BUT he actually went out of his way to offer to install ALL of the lights and ensured everything was working! This employee is named JAMISON, and in my book, deserves to be EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!!!! He was the sweetest, most professional person and he was willing to do whatever it took, to get everything working!
I see perfect manager material, right here!!!
