The staff at this hotel were so friendly! Even after a huge event weekend our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The pool was a perfect temperature and clean. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay

We checked in late night after 14+ hrs drive. The Indian guy at the front desk could be better etiquette and customer friendly
Never seen a hotel/motel without elevator... This Best Western doesn't have an elevator. Unsettling to carry baggage upstairs at 1am. Whatever...we managed climbing stairs with bags and other stuff
For the management: Having EV charging at the property could be an added advantage

My mom, my miniature schnauzer and I were on our way back to Michigan from Charleston, South Carolina. I had been driving for a long while and was quite road weary. We were having a tough time finding a pet friendly hotel that had rooms available. I was about to give up when I stopped into the Best Western Canal Winchester Inn. I was greeted by a friendly lady that promptly took care of me. Thankfully they are pet friendly and had a room available. Check-in was quick and easy and we were given accurate directions to our room. The room was absolutely SPOTLESS (and I am picky). The whole motel was really clean. Clearly the staff at this place really cares and does one heck of a job. The room was nicely appointed. Our beds/pillows were also really comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower/bathtub were also clean and worked well. The motel was really quiet making for an excellent sleep. They also offer a really nice breakfast with the usual's but also a daily feature. If you are a weary traveler or just in the Columbus area; check out this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Please do not stay here this is the only hotel that I have every been at that didn’t have a elevator, we had to carry our stuff to the second floor. We had a lot of things because we were staying for the weekend. You can hear people walking around in their room like the walls are thin and you can here the water running when they turn the faucet on or flush the toilet. To top it off there was a roach in my room so I packed up and ask for my money back unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got 2 rooms for work, Debbie and Tony were helpful and friendly. However the morning staff served cold breakfast 3 days in a row, and one room smelled like there was a dead animal
in the vent, which house keeping didn't notice but accused me of smoke in the other room because of cigarettes buts in trashcan. Tammy also tried to get me fired for arguing with her about it too. To Tammy I honestly didn't smoke there were only empty cigarette butts in the trash can miss attitude.

Enjoyed that night out with my daughter and grandkids! Nice clean room, a good breakfast and a nice pool!
