“I dropped the ball , I admit it , I was in a complete and udder breakdown this evening, sent a DM to a friend with 2 questions to ensure I was doing my back taxes correctly. I am in awe of Janine. Not only did she answer my message after hours ( after 8 , she answered!!) she told me to give her a call. So I did , still thinking I just was asking a couple of questions, no no no that wasn't how Janine does business. She asked if I had time , she would stay on the phone with me for at least an hour making sure all Is were dotted and Ts were crossed. I've used the same guy for 25yrs but this year he was just like its easy you do it , if I wouldn't have left everything til the last minute maybe but I did and Janine , you have me for the foreseeable future as a client and one of your biggest fans .
