Used to be my go to spot, but recently they made a change that military personnel have to be in uniform to get a discount. Very disappointing considering I'm the same person in uniform or not. I'll be sure to go to another Chipotle under better management and support military no matter what.

Well, I haven't had an experience quite so horrible in a LONG time. Chipotle is way to bland and way to expensive for them to act the way they do. The customer service is horrible as well. You cant speak with a live person, to make a complaint, so I wanted to continue things along by writing a review. Most chipotles are horrible, now a days but the one in Canal Winchester, Waterloo location is UNSANITARY AND THE STAFF ARE RUDE. Chipotle needs to update the app so that you can be informed what they do not have. It must happen so often that they tell their staff NOT TO MAKE AN ORDER CORRECTLY or REFUND THE CUSTOMER. I literally lost my appetite for this place from TODAYS experience. Anyone with ears will hear how much they need to support local business from me! #CLOSEDOWNCHIPOTLE

I love the steak bowls at Chipotle. Staff was very nice at Canal Winchester. Food was delicious. Enough for two meals.

The employees have always been friendly , but the food is lacking flavor , and their extra steak is most Chipotles light steak ? and they never have chips or either . Location could be great but need to start giving people what they pay for

Tables and floor dirty sold out of majority of the food items. They brought out steak, they just cooked and cut up. And it was burnt, there was no brown rice. There was no veggies. Was there to get to take out but I ended up walking back out when they could not accommodate me on the food I wanted.

Went in to get something to eat and was told there was no cheese or sour cream then watched them make bowls using both. Asked and was told it’s for online customers only. Terrible customer service and lacked professionalism. Took our business else where.

Never been to chipotle, the two girls behind the counter were super helpful. I had the girls make two tacos the way they like to eat it and wow!!! She has it down to an art! It was so delicious! I wasnt even sad they had run out of fajita mix! Thanks for a great first experience at chipotle!

This place always has issues when I come here, they are rude or they don’t have half of the things I would like to enjoy my lunch. Also, When you are yelling at the door that you have pretty much nothing anymore and it’s only 7pm , you need to reevaluate who is running your kitchen.

No chicken, no brisket, no black beans, the new drink container empty, food that they do have looks dry and nasty because its at the bottom of the container. They look like they are about to shut down. Literally just close atp.

The ladies were so rude and very unprofessional....I had my order delayed for 15mn they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience but had attitudes...She ended up giving me an inaccurate order just to have me out of there..

This is what happens when you have trashy people with bad attitudes serving the public. You lose business. Never setting foot in this establishment again. I don’t want yuck mouth breathing over my food anyways. She needs to be wearing a mask. Customer service needs to improve
