The nice man that helped me rylan was beyond helpful. Been talking to him all week working out the best deal for me because metro burned mw foe the last time. He was so patient and helpful. People are so much nicer here and I live close by.

Rylan is unreal! I've had the worst time with consumer cellular and spectrum! Rylan spent well over an hour on the phone with his tech support trying to solve the issue spectrum caused with transferring my number. Above and beyond is all I can say. Clearly the customer care here is a priority unlike other placws. We are starting with one line but plan on plenty more soon.

Sam was the absolute best! He's just the sweetest , he took his time and explained each feature with our phone choice and made sure everything was set up before we left the store.Even though we spent two weekends with him at the store at no fault to him but he made it enjoyable for us. Thanks again Sam and continue with your amazing customer service.

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing experience Sunday at the Canal Winchester store. Rylan was extremely helpful and it was one of the best costumes service experiences we've had buying a new cellphone and he was funny. Highly recommend this store and Rylan to any cricket wireless customer.

Love this Crickeet and I am not even a customer yet!! The girl who works here named Jennifer is the absolute sweetest. My mother can't stop talking about how much time she spent with her going over all the features of her phone. Assuring her she didn't mind taking the time to go over everything with her. She also helped her send me a referral. I have a few more payments before I can, but I will be making the switch because of how sweet she was to her. You don't find people like this in customer service. Please let her know just how appreciated she is because we all need more people like her.

Today I went back to Cricket wireless after 3 years. My service rep. Rylan was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the experience. I went in for a new phone and left much more, including a new friend! I would suggest this location to anyone looking to get on the Cricket team.God bless
