Even for CVS, this location is terrible. Have had a prescription never filled - they claimed they didn’t receive it after my doctor transmitted it twice. It’s taken 2+ weeks multiple times to fill common prescriptions. There is never more than one or two staff and they will commonly close the interior of the building and force people into multi-hour drive through waits. Don’t bother calling, no one will ever pick up. If CVS cared about their customers, they would close locations they can’t staff properly. No wonder the State Board recently fined CVS for their inability to properly run their locations.

This is the cvs near my home but unfortunately it’s small a lot of stuff one or two bottles on the shelves,so I can’t do my deals like spend 30 or by two.the cashiers changing every time so they don’t know how cvs coupons system works it’s disappointing for me.

They do not care at this store. They do not pick up the phone. It took me 12 hours to get my meds filled

At 11am I was told my medicine would be ready at 3 pm. I go back at 5. After sitting in the drive thru line for over an hour. I'm now being told it won't be ready until 7:30pm. A person could die waiting on medicine at your pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. It takes them over 30 minutes on two lines to answer the phone. And when I ask, why don’t they answer the phone I’m on two different lines calling you. They say they don’t have anyone to answer the phone. I promise you this is not the first time. It is so frustrating. I’m going back to Kroger‘s in my old neighborhood, which is several miles from me. They give excellent service.

Quite possibly the WORST pharmacy. When I moved I went here out of the convenience of the location. Every time I picked up my dogs prescription the staff made comments about the specific medications/doses he takes as if to suggest I am either over-medicating my dog or not using them for him (selling the meds). After over paying at their particular location, I called tonight to have them transfer his prescriptions to a non-CVS store. I waited for 42 minutes on hold - no one ever picked up! So now I will have to go in person & wait forever in line just to have the Rx sent somewhere else. Again - the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with!

I feel they're a little better then the Reynoldsburg one but not by much since this pharmacy also messes up my prescriptions but not as bad; at least they can use the excuse that they have to fill a lot of orders. The store it's self without the pharmacy is nice; I always have a manager help me or cash me out B)
