My car was hit in the parking lot as a thief was leaving the scene. I always park out facing the street rather than the spaces facing the store, in order to stay out of the fray. It was not a robbery, just a shoplifter who knows how to stay out of camera range. He backed straight back and smashed my little Hyundai Veloster with his Denali, again, to stay out of camera range. I was just going in to get some boxes cuz I’m moving.
The store manager Heidi was so apologetic and empathetic. I really appreciated that. I waited about an hour and a half for the police but they finally came.
I have always liked this store and it was in good shape that day. I know it’s hard to find people to work. But Heidi is a really great manager. I highly recommend this Dollar General.

I like Dollar General BUT I Drove out of my way to go to the one in Reynoldsburg. Got there and they were closed. It was early afternoon on a Wednesday. No sign on the doors. Don't know what the deal was but I sure didn't appreciate the locked doors🙁

Carts of stock always blocking shelves. No carrying baskets and only a few carts. This seems to be company wide. The staff here is good, fast, friendly, it's corporate policy on staffing that ties their hands

Not going to lie the new manager sucks. Shes really mean. She lies and yells at customers. The store is filthy they have roaches. There is crusty dried milk and most of their candy is expired. The new manager autumn is rude to her employees as well. I heard most the staff quit because of her.

Store is rarely open. Not sure what the struggle is as this could be a thriving operation. I know DG forces store managers to work 6 days a week (I know DG.. your claim of 5.5 days… if you gotta get dressed and go to work it’s officially 6 days of going to work!!!) Hire better people and pay them better! Have a labor budget to allow for great customer service and better operations! Tsk tsk… do better DG!!!

This Location used to be nice. It has since become one of the worst Dollar Generals ever! The automatic doors don't work anymore and the staff require you to slide them open and close upon entry. The store is always messy and unorganized now. The staff also used to politely greet you when you entered, now they could care less to speak or be polite. It's apparent this location has gone through many changes and not for the better. Will not be returning

This is the worst dollar general ever. They randomly closed during the day when they supposed to be open. I saw some sketchy people walking around inside. It’s Sunday at 1 pm and it’s closed. If I was the general manager asking why they made no money today . There it is! Parking lot always dirty.. store always cluttered. They better off tearing this place down.. the employees don’t want to work either. You can tell. Imagine being an owner and the store just closed randomly throughout the week for no reason . I hate it here

Online hours say open at 8am. I was there at 815am and door was locked and of course no hours posted on the door.

The employees are the worst. All they do is talk loud about how they don’t want to be there and how they are going to close early. Just an all-around sad place.
