Don’t waste your time nor money here. Rude staff, dirty windshield cleaning stations as well as property and store. The icing on the cake? They are a gas station that does not accept change.

One word…..Gross. I have been to many duchess as I travel a bit for work and this place was the worst. The bathroom looked like a war zone. The hot dogs were all shriveled up and everything looked grungy. I hope I never have to go into that place again. So gross.

This Gas Station never had anything good. And sometimes every single Fuel pump is Out of Order. This location needs demolished so we can build something better here.

Unfortunately you can't leave negative stars. I was out of gas and had to pee. I roll up at 9 a m. On a Thursday morning and all the gas pumps have bags. Ok fine so I'll pee and get a drink nope! I'm met at the door. Rude woman says we're closed! No explanation, no I'm sorry no nothing. I said ma'am i really need to use the restroom and this chic smirks at me. Well bp i peed in a cup and left it for that snide employee to clean up

Stopped to get gas and use the restroom at 10pm on a Saturday night but the door was locked and nobody was inside. Sat there for 15 minutes while many other customers tried to go in but couldn’t. Website says they’re open 24/7 but they were closed at 10pm tonight. No workers in sight and all the trash cans were overflowing. I’ve noticed employees don’t like to change the trash cans here. One of the other customers said the doors are locked every time he stops there. I was low on gas and all the lights were still on but there was no sign on the door saying they were closed or anything like that, just a sign saying they can’t take EBT. I saw many people come but had to leave once they realized the door was locked. Not sure what was going on but you should probably just go to Speedway or Meijer instead of wasting your time here.

The store is supposed to be open 24 hours. I tried to visit at 11:10 pm and the lights were all on and the doors were locked. Way to lose business Duchess!!!!

The trash cans by the pumps and in front are overflowing, on a regular basis. If it's windy then trash is everywhere. I'm sure it because they only have 1 worker but come on this is a busy store and is dirty as heck. Have 2 people Or a cleaning crew to collect the trash.
