Report everything you see illegal, immoral, incorrect, unsanitary, neglectful and apathetic behavior to the Ohio Department of Health. The list of problems is too long to list. They need shut down.

The facility is dirty. There are more psyc patients than there are recovering patients. The aids yell at the residents and treat them like children, or dogs really. I would not recommend sending anyone you love there. While I was visiting a loved one more than one patient was trying to get out because they hated it there. I know this because they were yelling it loudly and I was trying to visit with my loved one. Very sad. The nurses seemed nice but not skilled. The housekeeping staff was playing around loudly . I overheard and aid say how much she disliked her job...it's just not a place I would recommend.

The staff at Embassy of Winchester are kind, professional and compassionate. It was a pleasure to meet Chris, Melissa and their teams. Their outpatient therapy program is absolutely amazing. Good job Embassy of Winchester

Family member was there the last 20 days in January of 2022 and they was NOT taken care of and I was there every other day and it was always something they was not doing. And was told by Mount Carmel East that the family member would get 1 hour of PT a day and that was also a LIE. And they didn't keep the wound care clean or changed regularly on this family member and THEY ALMOST KILLED THIS FAMILY MEMBER BECAUSE ON THE 20TH DAY THERE THE FAMILY MEMBER TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID and they down played it saying everything was fine but I said no way they going to hospital and thank God that happened because they had covid pneumonia and was SEPSIS if embassy would have kept this family member they would have died from the sepsis. And that is what doctor said.DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

Do NOT send your family members here ! I had a beloved friend here recently who passed away under VERY SUSPISH circumstances !! And to this day his death remains unanswered ! Things were not logged into filing , he was to the point of almost coming home and all of a sudden he is gone ! Staff cannot give an answer as to what happened to him or events leading up to his death !Please if you care anything about your family do not send them here ! We do not want to know another family is going thru what we are !

The place lacks skilled management. Staff knows this and behaves in a unprofessional manner. I have lived here since early February of 2021 after I coded blue twice at Riverside Hospital from COVID-19.

This place is not a happy place as people are screaming "get me out of here" and workers don't seem to be concerned. Sad sad place to be if you are in need of special care of any kind...

Good evening! I am proud to say that I am part of the Winchester Care and rehab.Family coming to work is a joy seeing the smiling faces of our patients that we also consider family. Spending time with my wonderful coworkers that are very caring understanding and easy to get along with. Thank you to everyone that I work with and all the community families and Residence family members.

I know its covid so we cant get into the rooms but the room looks nothing like it should be called home to anyone.

I’m new to this facility and in the short time that I’ve been employed here I have noticed that the majority of the residents are satisfied with their care. They have a positive attitude and are pleased with the services we offer. We address resident care in a holistic manner. We attempt to resolve any issues that arise with compassion and in a timely manner. I’m glad I choose to come and work here. The staff really puts forth a team effort in their daily tasks. As a healthcare professional working at Winchester Care and Rehabilitation I would recommend this facility for employment or health care services.

I've worked for Winchester Care and Rehabilitation for a little over a month, during the pandemic. The personal care and concern the residents here receive is inspiring. Employees here work their days off, and often times 7 days a week. The staff go out of their way to make connections with each resident and treat each resident with respect and like family. We have been understaffed, however there is not a moment they are not recruiting new employees. They do their best to fill in the holes and to ensure the residents needs are being met. Implementing new communication tools to improve the overall care given in the facility. It has been a wonderful place to be employed and I would recommend a career here for anyone.

Staff are passionate and caring towards residents. We have a lot of seasoned employees that have been with our company for years. Our team of clinicans really take their time with care planning . Although we cannot have outings , we are still striving to ensure residents are actively engaged with activities . We have nail parties, football gatherings, etc. This Christmas we had window visits with Santa which our residents really enjoyed .
