Had such a pleasant stay while traveling for work. Rooms were clean and recently updated, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, location was quiet and tucked back off of the main road, fitness center was larger than most and had lots of equipment available. Definitely recommend!

It got the job done, but had an odd air of weirdness i just couldn't quite place. It looks newly remodeled, but also seemed kinda run down. Idk, it's weird.

This hotel is in such a cute town. The hotel was just ok. The carpet felt gross, and the bathroom floor definitely needed to be properly mopped. I was very uncomfortable walking in my bare feet, and felt like I needed slippers. Tbf I usually stay at Springhill Suites vs a Fairfield Inn so maybe my standards are just set higher. There was a weird mechanical/grease smell in the elevators, but they seemed to work just fine. The hotel felt safe, and the staff was friendly. The town was so cute, and I will definitely go back to explore all of the wonderful shops there. I will probably look for another hotel, but if one isn't available I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with a great staff. Located within walking distance of a grocery store and several places to eat. Would definitely stay here again, and the sunsets are beautiful! My only complaint was the dusty bed (photo included).

It seems as if Marriott is declining in quality overall as time passes. I arrived here at this location pretty late about 1am ish. I was already tired and frustrated with having vehicle trouble before arriving. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and helped me check-in. When i got to the room, i noticed the TV was busted and i immediately called guest services. Come to find out, no one was made aware of this TV damage so, I would’ve have been the culprit if i didn’t catch it. Front Desk guy changes room for and said he’ll contact me and I’ll be compensated or whatever. I get a new room it’s fine but I couldn’t even get a late check-out after all i went through. I definitely will not return to this location. Another annoying thing is that their printer doesn’t work. And they barely have anything to eat for breakfast. No waffle maker or eggs. Just cereal and bagels. The front desk person this morning wasn’t understanding at all. Sounds like she just wanted to get me out the room. Ohio and Texas have the worst Marriotts hands down.

I'm a Diamond elite IHG member with over half a million points saved up and wanted to give the Marriott brand a try.
Mistake. The walls are paper thin. The building itself was built with cheapness and efficiency in mind.

Staff was not knowledgeable about anything and were extremely unhelpful. Even received a scam call in my room during my stay and no one knew how they were able to reach my room. Would not recommend staying here.

Like many hotels in the Columbus area, this one seems to run out of breakfast items. Marriot needs to look into the GM's that they have in this area.

Please be advised this hotel management has not been able to supply bottled water or milk to its guests for several days. Lack of supply is poor customer service and clearly there is indifference since the manager could easily go to a grocery store and buy a supply until the property is replenished. The hotel is not operated in the Marriott way.

DON'T LET YOUR KIDS SWIM IN THIS POOL!
My son swam in the pool, then went straight to the room to shower before we went out for dinner. Within 24 hours, he had painful spots on his hands. We had a large group of families join us the next day, and the kids swam together. Within 24 hours, they also had painful spots on their hands. There were several that developed ear infections from the bacteria as well. OVER 15 KIDS OF ALL AGES HAD SYMPTOMS.
Our doctor had to work with infectious disease at Akron Children's Hospital and confirmed that it was a condition from swimming in contaminated pool water. The only antibiotic that this infection isn't resistant to, can cause ruptured tendons in children.
We called the health department and the hotel to make them aware. A younger gentleman at the hotel told us that they were in the process of draining the pool and putting new water in. By the time the health department got there to test the water, everything tested okay. The hotel has refused to refund ANYTHING to ANY of the families.
