The hours said they don't open till 12:00, but they finally were able to hire somebody, and so they were open at 10:00.

They will just waste your time, I asked if they could look up my switch and see if still under warranty, they told me i would have to come in with the switch, so i come in and they look up the phone number, don’t even look at the switch and say no longer covered under warranty like why couldn’t you just tell me that on the phone?

Pulled up at 1150 before 1200 advertised opening time. Left at 1230 because the store did not open. Disappointed

It's 12:15pm
The store is locked, hours posted on the store suggested it opens at 12pm
Mgmt should probably be looked into.

I would literally go to any other gamestop they hardly answer the phone and the tablet they use to test controllers didn't work so dude tried to give me 5$ for a perfectly good ps4 controller said he had to take it as defective because the tablet they use to test the controller wasn't working wasted a good hour bike ride if they would answer there damn phone it would have saved me a lot of time I'm not about to sell a perfectly good ps4 controller for 5$ gamestop is slowly becoming pointless I hope some new game store comes and replace them it's not fair that you gotta be a pro member to even get a remotely decent deal for trading things in

Stopped at this location at 1.15 on a regular Thursday it was zelda echoes of wisdom release day and they have the store closes with no note on the door or anything. Not professional they should just close down

Horrible...no customer service whatsoever. I walked around the store for about 5 minutes and the girl behind the counter didn't greet me or offer customer service once I entered the store. She had her head down most of the time. I had planned on purchasing something but I'd rather go next door to Walmart due to the lack of customer service and her not offering any type of help to me and the other individual who had walked into the store.

Called literally all day, phone would ring once,maybe twice and then hang up. Someone needs to look into why customers are being ignored when they're calling with questions.
