OMG! Kevin Nice, is extremely rude and inappropriate. He was very snappy with the supervisor at the front desk when we came through the door. He proceeded to ask racial motivated questions, he told things about his personal relationship with are to much to repeat on here. He continued asking inappropriate questions and talked about his child in a disrespectful way. Not to mention he kept forgetting where he was in the process and he talked so much it took 2 1/2 hours to get are taxes done. NEVER GO TO KEVIN NICE to do your taxes.

Whatever you do, don’t go to Jerry. Not only did he suddenly forget that they can’t take the cost out of the refund check, So I ended up having to pay for my taxes out of pocket. To then find out that I didn’t have to, from someone else that worked in the office. He also couldn’t hear a lot of what I was saying. And was putting in a lot of wrong information because he couldn’t see I guess? So I kept having to repeat information, and make sure things were spelled correctly . He seems like a nice guy, but I would not recommend him to do your taxes. Also suddenly I owe Ohio money, and that’s never happened. And I feel like it also has something to do with him not being able to do his job. He is an older guy, but I would not recommend anyone else to him

Made an online appointment for next day service, as it wasn’t giving me an option to do a drop off. I called that morning and spoke to a representative who stated I could drop off and it was no problem. I went to the office and was “greeted” by Wendy (who my appointment was originally with) who was so rude. She acted annoyed and told me to “have a seat” after telling me they were all with people and someone would be out shortly. Didn’t even ask my intent on walking in. My appointment was originally at 2pm, but I dropped everything off much earlier. At 2:45pm, I got a call from Wendy stating I was scheduled for an “interview” and she was calling to follow up. I asked her what she meant by interview and she said “yeah an interview. So I am calling to follow up”. I explained that I dropped off my paperwork and already spoke with staff about the change in my request. She did not apologize, but she did soften her tone and told me someone would be in contract regarding next steps for my taxes.Next day rolls around with no contact- I called for an update and they asked my name (4 times) and my number and said they would call me back because the lady who answered “wasn’t here yesterday so I don’t know the status”. I already regret this.
