I tried the drop off method and still had to schedule an in person appointment that took an hour to go through- the tax person did not seem like he knew what he was doing. He seemed like he was on drugs and spaced out- definitely not confident in himself there was a point where I wish I would have just got up and left and asked for someone new.

I will never go back to Hand R Block after prepare was so unorganized and forgot a W2 and submitted it . Then told me I would have to come back to have a amended tax form filed and charged me $150 for her damn mistake, If I could give them a 0 I would This place should be closed
