April 25th: So disappointed in Emily in her management of our home equity loan... scheduled to resubmit a document and she wasn't there... no message, no email... no nothing. Very dissatisfied on this Friday after my wife and I had to take off work early to do it. An extremely dark cloud over PNC after this for us.

I don't know about others but I had a great experience at this branch, only waited about 2 minutes to get a new debit card, Chase was very responsive and courteous

My husband and I had an appointment for 10AM to open a new joint bank account. We got there at 9:55AM and waited for them to open. Once we were in, they said we could have a seat for a moment. Another customer came in after us also for a 10AM appointment. She was helped first. That’s fine. I thought maybe she had a quick appointment. But we then sat in the lobby until 10:45AM until we decided it wasn’t worth it. 45 minutes is ridiculous to wait to open up a bank account. I eventually figured out how to do it online and it took less than 10 minutes. I hope I never have to step foot in this bank again.

Go to this branch and location if you want to be greeted by a depressed, mundane, disgusting attitude having woman. When we asked for a notary she told us he would be busy for a while (no time limit, she didn’t call and speak to anyone, she never went and looked for and spoke to anyone) she just knew because as a witch she looked in her crystal ball and knows what everyone in the bank was doing.

I had the misfortune of trying to bank at this location, twice. Trip one was to roll a CD that had matured into my checking account. I was told by the teller that I would need to speak to the one and only manager who was with another customer. I waited 35 minutes only to be told by the same teller that the manager didn’t have time to squeeze me into his schedule. Trip two was to make a cash withdrawal from savings for my trip back home. I walked in to find one teller who had a line of 4 customers. I turned to look around to see if there were other employees. I saw the same manager in a cubicle talking to another bank employee as we all waited. So, 20 minutes later, I walked out, again. PNC should be embarrassed by the management team at this branch. Needless to say, I will never go back to this branch.

PNC app will show that you have a positive balance then charge you multiple overdraft fees the following business day. They will tell you they are within their legal right to do this because of a delay in transactions. If deceptive operations is legal in the banking system it is a system I want no part of.
