“good service both times i was there but you got to know how to pack the boxes before you get in line. they really don't tell you what to do, but it was easy once you know what to do. ups packs everything for you but usps you have to pack and prepare it yourself, which you have to know how to do that.”

“This is one of the best and most accommodating locations I have ever been to. I even go out of my way to take packages I need mailed there. Most of the people leaving bad reviews are calling the 800 number or don't realize that it is YOUR responsibility to make things easy for the carriers. They work 6, and sometimes 7, days a week in all kinds of weather. The staff here consistently goes above and beyond for any issues or questions I have. I'd love to see these bad review people go and deal with the locations in and around Columbus. Their head would explode.”

“Not gonna lie, the phone said it was disconnected but when i drove there and found the doors locked i wanted to cry. Someone pulled up and got the doors unlocked and a very nice lady helped me out. she was so patient with me and even interacted with my 4 year old who is autistic. I didnt get her name but she is excellent right along with the gentleman that got the doors unlocked for me.”
