Would recommend this company to anyone. They are prompt and very efficient. Jacob came out to our house and helped us get a new garage door opener installed. It was a garage door opener we received due to mechanical failure on a unit we purchased years ago and were able to use a lifetime warranty replacement. Jacob went out of his way to help my elderly parents out and I will always be thankful to him.

Showed up on Sunday, repaired broken spring, and installed new rollers. Has never operated as quite as does now. Did not check prices, felt as though tech was honest, was happy to get it taken care of quickly.

Walker F came out to check on our garage door that had recently fallen off the track, since the company who originally installed the springs and cables could not come out right away. He diagnosed the issue and politely explained it in as much detail as requested. We were very appreciative of his patience and professional demeanor. Although we ultimately requested for the original company to fix the issue that Walker correctly diagnosed, we will definitely look to working with Precision for future needs and will recommend them to others.

Installer was great. Did not take to long, everything was adjusted, it was a special order so took about 3 weeks to come in, then they came out right away. Replaced all tracks and hardware.
