The High Steel Rodeo was definitely a lot of fun and some great stock and competitors! I really wish they would have turned off the heaters, though. The fumes were getting so thick that you could see the breath of all the dogs, horses, and bulls, even though it was warm in the arena. The fumes were making it hard to breathe, and there wasn't enough seating to allow everyone to see each competitor (short person). The only other difficulty was the parking situation. It would go faster and smother to have a person guide each car to an exact spot so that people don't make huge gaps in the beginning rows and then limit the last row to a very narrow exit path. I would still go again because it was a really fun time.

Their website is outdated and they don't honor their pricing. Why they haven't updated their pricing since 2015 is unknown but misleading and unprofessional.

This is the most fantastic boarding barn I've been to. Just a laid-back environment with people who LOVE horses. Huge indoor arena, indoor small arena and with plenty of land and a pond to ride around. Even fish if you want. Yes, fish. Come ride your horse and set up a place to fish and hang out with your horse. The managers of the barn know what they are doing and know your horse deserves to be treated as there own. They have a tough job, hell the owner has the toughest Job. If you come hopefully you will also be someone who respects the place. They are far and few between. Imagine if we all helped each other just a bit. Break something? Let someone know or fix it. Find something? Return it. Pick up after yourself. Let's help each other, c'mon, we LOVE HORSES!Trust me, no one asked me to write this. My Fiance board's here and this place supports her absolute passion to ride. O yeah. Slate run horse trails 1.6 miles south.

They have a large barn and provide clean stalls daily. They have two large arenas to ride in and bathrooms with flush toilet. Ample turnout and smaller turnout for rehab. Multiple opportunities to improve by taking riding lessons with multiple free lance trainers on site. They also bale there own hay so they can control quality and moisture content for maximum freshness.

Was there for a Special Olympics event on Saturday and was very happy with my visit and the care taken of the facility for the event. The stables were well kept and the competition ground was in great shape. The parking was well organized and the owners were very gracious and accommodating to the athletes, fans, and volunteers. Well done Rodeo Run!

I just became aware of an infestation of roaches, and animal waste other than horse manure. Neglect of maintenance is obvious.

Horrific care....I still have nightmares from when I boarded there some time ago. Just go check out my FB review to see photos of the horrendous accident that my horse had while he was there. They didn’t even find him injured....I did and he had been that way for a while. I was there for under 2 months....would have moved waaaay sooner but the vet said he had to be stall rested and couldn’t be trailered for a few weeks. The management was so bad that he lost weight while he was there because they switched his feed with no transition to this nasty low quality feed that looked like cattle feed and didn’t feed him hay when his grass lot ran out until I threw a fit. Do NOT board here. Lots of other people had horses injured while boarding here too. Just ask around.
