First time coming here and Sabrena was absolutely amazing. My nails were messed up because I had acrylics on and she fixed my nails right up! I will be back to see her!

I am very unhappy with my nails today. I understand that Builder Gel is not super popular or done alot, but if you aren't good at the procedure, then say so. Also to the managers who didn't want to be there today, don't book an appointment for someone if you know they're not good at the particular request the customer is asking for! I would have found somewhere else to do the job!!
The young lady that did this job was super sweet, I just don't think she was confident in this application. Not only is the filing and shaping pretty awful but the polish and builder gel is thick and glooped up and completely uneven on top. When you pay $80 plus just for nails to be done, you should get better than amateur results. It's worse than the pictures portray.

They are amazing! They take their time in whatever they do! I have been coming here the past 3 weeks and they were perfect each time. They don't do the normal small talk. They actually have full conversations with you which I love! This is now my go to nail place! 10/10 would recommend coming here!!!!!

I booked for a luxury pedicure and did not get anything that the package stated that I would receive. My cuticles were not cut back. My toenails are uneven. My ingrowns were not removed. I still have a calluses on my feet because they were barely scrubbed. I didn’t receive the steam treatment nor the hot stone treatment. I also paid for gel polish which typically at any other salon lasts me 2-3 months on my toes. It’s been 1.5 weeks and my polish is already lifting from the cuticle line. What a waste of money. I will never be back.
Oh. And I forgot to mention, a tool was dropped on the ground while she was doing my feet and she just picked it up and continued to use it. Very unsanitary. I agree with the other review stating that it seems as if there’s a bunch of amateurs at this salon.

First time there for a pedicure. The young girl that worked on me only use a pumice stone on my heals. Did not do my whole foot. Was cutting my cuticles back and kept poking me with the instrument. She finally asked a gentleman that worked there to do it. She painted my toe nails and sprayed a fast drying spray on me but when I got home they must not have been dry because big to was already messed up. Also they advertise one price then when I asked why is it $5.00 more she said that she massaged my legs with sugar scrub. They should put that on their web site. Will not go back

I will never come back to this place again i change up the place I was going to because they were expensive but at this place it was the same amount and the nails were all different and the butterfly I had on some of my fingers fall off today like a hour when I got home from getting them done usually I don't write bad review but I would not go here and the person that did my nails her name was sabrena.

My toenails aren't fully covered but you can't tell unless looking close. All 10 of my fingers chipped not even 24 hours later. Going somewhere else before my event to get them fixed.

I must admit this was one beautiful nail experience for me. I was battling a beautiful journey and going thru chemotherapy, My nails had falling off and I barely had any nail due to the chemotherapy. And I went to see Mika B and when I tell you her work was unbelievable and amazing she made my nails look as if nothing ever happened! I was so in shock I cried! She was very patient with the fact that it was challenging finding the right fit and right choice. Gel X and a manicure was a great choice! Her work is absolutely impeccable!! Thank you Mika for being a part of my beautiful journey🩷
