Went in to check out a new phone, and Trent was so incredibly helpful! He explained the difference between the models and had the one I wanted in stock that was fully charged, he explained the process as he breezed through everything. All contacts and apps successfully transferred. The whole time, incredibly professional and friendly. This is not the only time I have been into this store, and every time I have gone in every person who has been there has been helpful and knowledgeable. Today it was Trent, and he was wonderful! I went home not only with a brand new phone, but also a new Internet gateway that works better than the one I had before, and he set everything up so when I got home, all I had to do was plug it in! I highly recommend T-Mobile and specifically this store - Thank you, Trent!

I purchased a new phone and just brought back the old one for my trade in. Their system was down, so they tried to send the shipping label to their own printer. After about 15 minutes, they finally got the label. They were preparing to help me get it boxed…then they told me they’re out of boxes and that I’ll need to get a box myself and take everything to the post office. Why did I even bother coming in here? Customer service keeps getting worse and worse. I’ve been with T-Mobile for 9 years now. All of my devices are paid off, which would make it really easy to transfer to another carrier. This is ridiculous.

So I've had T- mobile for 2 years now and to be honest I haven't been impressed, but yesterday took the cake!!! I stopped in the same store about a month ago, and I wanted to upgrade our phones. I had just switched plans and was told that it would be better to wait until the switch was actually in the system, but that technically, I could go ahead and upgrade if i wanted. In order to make things easier, I decided to wait. However, while in the store, we discussed what phones I wanted down to the color. We talked about the trade in value our old phones, and I was even told how much I would pay out the door. Yesterday, we showed up. We weren't even greeted by any of the sales reps. I spoke to the same man I had talked to the month prior. I told him I wanted to upgrade our phones and told him the phones we wanted. He asked for my ID to scan it. Five minutes later, he's telling me I'll have to pay $1000 out the door!!! Now I have a 700+ credit score, I can only assume he was running my credit when he scanned my ID, so how did he figure that!? I've paid less with worse credit!!! He never asked about trade- ins he just dropped that number as if it were final. I asked him if they had had some kind of promotion going on last month, and he said no, it was the same. I informed him that that's not what we discussed last month, not by a long shot. Having had it up to here with T- mobile, they have been overcharging me pretty much since I had been with them. I told him thank you, but no, thank you. I'm switching to Verizon. Hopefully they're a better company. So far, it seems that way.

Since the Sprint to T-Mobile merge, I have not had any luck with T-Moblies's customer service. However, the biggest concern is the run around my son has been getting since Sunday with getting help with replacing his phone. He went into the Canal Winchester location, where they referred him to Apple. Apple did a diagnostic check and told him it was a battery and antenna issue and referred him back to T-Moblie, so he went into the Easton T-Moblie store, which referred him to call T-Mobile to resolve his issue. He called customer service after being on a long lengthy phone call he thought the phone issue was resolved. He went into the store to pick up the phone. He thought he would only have to swap out but was told something different and that another issue was wrong. Long story short, his phone issue has not been resolved. My son can not call out or receive phone calls, and he can only use his phone in wifi. I am a little upset because I pay for phone insurance, and we are having issues with fixing his phone. Out of the 18 years of being with Sprint, I have never had this issue. Customer service with Sprint was very nice. My son is very frustrated as he uses his phone daily to deliver door dash, insta cart, and without having phone access, he can not meet ends by paying his part of the phone bill. I have asked each co-worker today at work what phone company they are with, and everyone has highly suggested with what they have heard my son go through to switch phone companies.

Melissa was really helpful and helped me through what I came in for. Melissa did great at balancing helping me and attending to others to reduce their wait time while not making me feel unattended

Horrible customer service. Absolutely inconsiderate of customers time. You will sit and wait forever for simple task like paying a bill . If Employees are uncapable of multitasking then you need to schedule more employees per shift. Never should only 1 employee be working in the store.

For goodness sake, don't ever lose your 6 digit PIN, even if it was issued 10 years ago and you haven't used it since. In this day and age of multiple means of identification, this PIN is more important than your SS number. Tried to cancel our account online and didn't have the PIN. We were told to go to a TMobile store to cancel. Went to TMobile in Canal to cancel. They stated that they haven't been able to cancel in the last 4 years. Called TMobile to cancel again. Said the TMobile store had to "identify" us for the account. This is pure BS. They make it extremely difficult to cancel so you will rack up more charges and perhaps not cancel.Update: After going into the store a second time, the staff was able to effectively cancel the account after speaking to TMobile on the phone. The problem was we had already ported our phone number and TMobile could not text us the identification PIN. I changed the 1 star rating to 3 stars.

Go into store today... I wasn't in a good mood because I broke my phone. That ended immediately when I encountered Melissa Brothers. She must of saw my anguish because she was l one of the most pleasant and helpful reps I've ever encountered in any store I've ever walked in. GLAD TO HAVE CROSSED PATHS WITH MS. BROTHERS @ THE CANAL WINCHESTER STORE!
