I’m what some may call that paranoid mom, and being new to the state has made me even more careful about choosing the right preschool for my little girl. After doing some research, I came across a recommendation that described this preschool as one of the best places to entrust your child. The staff is known for their integrity, love, and care, and I truly felt welcomed, even with all my “paranoid mom” worries.
From the admissions process to the teachers and staff, the environment felt warm and reassuring. My daughter had to transition not just from another school, but from another state and home. Yet, within just a couple of weeks, she had adjusted beautifully and was genuinely excited to attend each day. If she loves it there, then it truly is a place you can trust with your child. They really do care for and love the children they nurture.

My son has been attending the Goddard School of Canal since last year and he absolutely loves it. All of the staff have been amazing with him and he is always talking about his day and how much fun he has with his friends. Thank you for allowing him to have a safe space to enjoy and learn.

Both of my children began at Goddard at the age of two. Both Heather, Barbara and all the teachers go above and beyond. There is always an open line of communication. You recieve daily reports of what your child did each day, along with photos/videos throughout the day! Their teachers are educated and have a true passion for what they do and most importantly they love the kids in their care. We have been so lucky to have Goddard as an extension to our family.

My daughter is in Goddard’s private Kindergarten program. She has learned so much and I have no doubt in my mind that she will be well equipped for first grade in August ! My son also attends the after school program and he loves it ! The amount of love my children receive while in the care of the Goddard Teachers is unmatched!

My son has been attending The Goddard School of Canal Winchester since last year and we are very pleased with the on-site owner, Heather, as well as the director, Barbara. Not to mention we adore the staff.
Teachers are friendly and smiling everyday. Other families are friendly and approachable. There is a true sense of community here.
Most importantly - staff is educated, trained, and up to date on certifications. We have not experienced issues with high turnover in our time at the school, which is always a great feeling.

Goddard Canal is our second Goddard experience and we are so very pleased with our decision. We have 2 children enrolled and feel so comfortable leaving them in the care of the remarkable teachers, directors, administrators, and onsite owners. They are truly our family. The school is beautifully designed and laid out, with each room a different animal- which our children love! Everyone knows your children, your name, special things about you, and engage in real conversations with you daily- not just simple pleasantries. They look out for our children’s well being- not only physical health, but emotional, mental, and developmental. They are supportive and caring. We receive pictures and videos daily and my, are they busy every day! Our children are excited to go to school every day and look forward to seeing their teachers and classmates. Tv Goddard School in Canal Winchester gives back to the local community and various organizations- we love feeling so connected. They also sponsor such great events for the families throughout the year- including appreciation events, holiday themed events, and more. Highly recommend every family with any child of any age.

Amazing school. Staff, director and teachers are wonderful and extremely caring. I can't say enough about the owner (Eric). He is extremely involved and very proactive. He is always looking to improve and without a doubt my most favorite thing about him, is how honest he is with the parents. He is very transparent and not afraid to address anything that went wrong. I have the greatest respect for him and all he does! We came from a bad situation at previous school and I was so nervous and scared about where I was putting my daughter next! Goddard couldn't have been any more helpful and caring! I think the director talked to me for hours on the phone! I feel truly blessed we are at Goddard and can't say enough about this school!

My daughter loves going to Goddard Canal Winchester she has been going from 2 yrs to 6yrs. Not long after she started to attend a light bulb came on in her head and her vocabulary greatly expanded! Her teachers work with her on age appropriate skills and she is catching on so quickly. My son has also been attending since he turned 2 yrs old. He is hyperactive but the staff is so sweet and patient with him. I love being able to send them to a place where I know they are getting the best care.

The Canal school is exceptional. Our children love all of the teachers and have so much fun learning and playing with friends. The tadpole app with the daily learning itinerary and regular pics of our children is great.

We LOVE the goddard school. We searched for a school that would not only help our daughter grow mentally but socially as well. A place that would feel like a home away from home after being born into a pandemic. A place with loving teachers and staff that didn't make me worry during the day. A place that felt like family. The Goddard Canal checks all of those boxes.

Our son has gone here for almost 2 years and he loves it! He’s learned so much since he started and has made great friends. The teachers and staff are always friendly and are very good at communicating with us.

My grand children have went here for over 3 years. One had special needs and they did great with him. The kids love to go there. Highly recommend Goddard Canal Winchester.
