No one had any information. The truck was sitting with the window down as someone had been trying to steal the truck during its time sitting in the lot. We brought it back with gas..it was on empty when we picked it up.They were to refund 50.00 but refunded only $30.00. This place has only one star reviews. I've never seen anything like it.

Terrible phone service I waited 5 minutes just for him to hang up called back gave me attitude. Very rude.

They don't have any truck or shipping supplies when I got there 5.20.21. They was selling food instead. Don't waste your time going there. Not really a UHaul
