Seems like UPS corporate needs to clean house at this location again. They have a tendency to close whenever they feel like. Before you use 'internet outage' as an excuse, I'm a former employee with an ISP. There's no outage, especially not for 48 hours at a business.

So disappointed! I've dealt with this store for around 12yrs now! I call tell them I need invoices they look up my account & in 24-48hrs they're complete. Starting 3wks ago I called nobody knows anything, need to speak with owner. They are not at this location & don't have a number to be reached. Left message asking owner to call me please ASAP. Still haven't got a call. Did catch her at this store on a Monday said she'd email me. Finally got email & approved it to be printed it's been 3days no contact & can't get ahold of her. The guy that answered when I called didn't even know they made invoices has no idea about anything & no suggestions. Asked if he takes messages or can he contact her he said he'd leave a note but doubt I hear anything today as they're about to close... They close in 68mins!! Sometimes it's hard to deal with a local company & I just hate to think that!

Made an appointment for notary. Was told that “those appointments don’t really apply to the store”. And the person may be there tomorrow at 10am. TERRIBLE SERVICE. They need to shut off appointment times reading the reviews with people having the same experience.

I learned the hard way that scheduling the notary services online doesn’t work. I’m not sure why they even have the service available to schedule when the person is NEVER at work.
UPDATE: reached out about a month ago to the to the email address below and never heard anything back. I guess being “committed to providing world-class service” is bullcrap.

Always helpful and friendly. They treat you the same whether it’s an Amazon return or you are shipping a package. I’ve been using them for years. I’ve never been disappointed.
