Not only is this branch conveniently located, the customer service I have received has always been great. I want to extend a special Thank You to Kimlee. She has been exceptionally helpful when I've had questions or concerns. I appreciate her very much & will continue to visit this branch because of her as well as the other employees I have interacted with.

We have bragged about U.S. Bank for years. That ends now. Another jam on the ATM. We deposited $1900. Then we selected the add cash button. Added about 11 more 100 dollar bills. It jammed. Then the screen said it could not deposit the cash. Kept the $3000, and none of it posted to my account. Called the ATM number and they said it would take 10 to 45 days to investigate. They could of atleast gave us the 1900 it already counted as provisional credit. Went back to the bank this morning when they opened, and the manager was very cold. Said that since we called the ATM number, and started a case, that he could not do anything about it. What a system.So now are life and paying bills are on hold, and looking for another bank. Between me, my boyfriend, my son, daughter, dad, 4 checking accounts, savings account, 2 mortgages, and credit cards, U.S. Bank gets no more.

Been going to this branch for 5 years now. Never had a bad experienced until the last 2 times I visited. Today will be my last. In fact, I will be closing my accounts with US Bank and going elsewhere. I wish I could give them a negative star rating

Moved my direct deposit from another local bank to usbank. My first time there today and what a Great place to do banking with. I just went in to withdraw money and Anthony was the most professional and friendly team member. Great customer service!!! AAAA+++

This is a really good US Bank branch location. Staff is always very friendly, professional and helpful. Also there is never a wait which is nice.
