Would give zero stars horrible and impossible to get a hold of don’t even try calling the number. How has my package been out of delivery for three days it’s ridiculously and boarder line funny that this is a real credited establishment!

Every package is late by a few days no matter the shipping cost. The estimation is not even needed. Needs new management or something.

When Canal Winchester’s USPS received package, this location intentionally lied and sent package to wrong area then stated there was issue when Canal Winchester’s USPS created the issue on their own to result assumed late package or out for delivery status.
Unsatisfactory service provided.

Several packages going through this post office now. ALL have stayed 7-9 days in this location without moving? Are they understaffed? How is this accaptable under any type of business? Ah! thats right, this is government job.

I've had problems with one of the mail carriers in my area not picking up mail when the flag is up. I reported it to the post office, they talked to the carrier and the carrier said that the mailbox was blocked. This is not accurate. There was a trash can near it because it was trash day but not anywhere close to where they could not pull up to the mailbox. The supervisor was pretty much well on the side of their employee so they brushed it off on me.
Also, recently, several of my mail items that I placed in the mailbox with tracking numbers, that actually were picked up, are still showing that they have not been mailed out.

My packages arrive at Canal Winchester post office where I live. Lately they have been sending them back out to other facilities. This time they sent it from Canal Winchester to Cincinnati.

My package got here 5 days ago, they literally held it until the estimated delivery date. Only to have my package, now arrive to me late. It has been sitting there for 5 days, why is my package now late when I could have received it early. I’m furious.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS POST OFFICE. I HAD A LICENSE PLATE MAILED TO ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. THE MAILMAN DELIVERED THE PLATE TO THE INCORRECT MAIL BOX. THE POST OFFICE COULD NOT RECOVER THE LICENSE PLATE AND BRUSHED ME OFF. I HAD TO GO TO BMV AND PURCHASE A NEW LICENSE PLATE

I'm waiting on my package it showed up there on Sunday and it hasn't moved since I don't know what they're doing but I give him one star because they're starting to piss me off and I'm going to sue them if they don't send my stuff out this is horrible business ethics skills they are showing to the communities I do not approve of this if they want to play games with someone's mail play it with their own don't play with other people that's ignorant as hell y'all retarded
