Misleading store and no idea how to explain about any situation. Lots of lies on selling phone and service. I prefer anyone not to shop there.

My husband and I had great customer service today while switching phone plans and getting new phones. The guys who work here know their stuff, are extremely patient and helpful, and they make sure you know exactly how much everything will cost up front.

Still charging me for a phone we paid off. Stopped in twice - no call back tho they said they would resolve. Call phone on google and goes to a foreign call center who never connects to actual store.

Dustin always provides exceptional service. He is honest and open about what to expect, and doesnt try to sell me things I don't need. He is quick and efficient and I never have to spend hours there when setting up a new phone.

Canal Winchester Verizon provided excellent customer service to me on 11.20.23. Noah W was an excellent representative for Verizon. He was clear and direct with his communications. Noah listened intently to my explanations and provided answers/results in a truly calm and collected manner. I still had an I-phone 7 because I was hesitant to change. I went to the Verizon store to see what I could do. Keifer was so nice and explained everything in a way that I understood. I purchased a new iPhone and want to let him know how much I appreciated his help. He is so knowledgeable but never explained things over my head to demonstrate his knowledge. I really appreciated that. He is an asset to the store.
