Still charging me for a phone we paid off. Stopped in twice - no call back tho they said they would resolve. Call phone on google and goes to a foreign call center who never connects to actual store.

Dustin always provides exceptional service. He is honest and open about what to expect, and doesnt try to sell me things I don't need. He is quick and efficient and I never have to spend hours there when setting up a new phone.

Canal Winchester Verizon provided excellent customer service to me on 11.20.23. Noah W was an excellent representative for Verizon. He was clear and direct with his communications. Noah listened intently to my explanations and provided answers/results in a truly calm and collected manner. He is quite the professional and I highly recommend seeing Noah W at the Verizon store in Canal Winchester.Walter K

I still had an I-phone 7 because I was hesitant to change. I went to the Verizon store to see what I could do. Keifer was so nice and explained everything in a way that I understood. I purchased a new iPhone and want to let him know how much I appreciated his help. He is so knowledgeable but never explained things over my head to demonstrate his knowledge. I really appreciated that. He is an asset to the store.

When my wife and I walked in to the store to trade in our devices and switch to Verizon, the associate appeared nice and genuine. However, after making the sale, he became incredibly rude. My wife returned to exchange phones since she didn't like her new phone and was told that she couldn't be helped due to the associate having a baby at home and he would have to leave late if he helped her. She walked in the store 2 hours before they closed...When she went back the following day, she was told "well, you just want everything for free" in a rude tone when she asked about the extra phone fees that we were originally told were being waved.As of now, the associates have verbally harassed and insulted my wife twice. This store is incredibly unprofessional. When we went to another location, they knew exactly what we were talking about when we mentioned the Canal location and there employees.Avoid this location at all cost. It's a shame that such a reputable company allows locations like this to exist.

I went to upgrade two phones. After asking the employees to make the upgrades, I returned and they had not been able to update my phone so I had to take it home to do it myself. They still charged me for the transfer and when I asked to be refunded since they didn’t actually do anything the employee response was “well, I tried to do it. And we can’t refund that.” They also made it seem that chargers were free and “came with the phone,” but were really $35 a piece. I left my number for the manager to call me, but no call a week after the events. Overall not a great experience and I would rather go to other Verizon locations.

My boyfriend and i went here after trying to purchase at Walmart. The rep at walmart had made a mistake inn the initial set up of the phones that caused us many issues getting our second phone. However when we got to this location, kifer and noah patiently addressed our concerns and assisted us. Had they not been so knowledgeable and detailed we would have definitely not have continued Forward with Verizon. These guys are a true asset too your company!

The guy I worked with at Verizon was AWESOME!!! I was in a really unique situation, and he was truly patient and helpful. A process that should have taken 20 minutes turned into an hours long ordeal. It was very frustrating for all parties involved, but he kept at it until my phone were activated. I truly appreciate his efforts!!!
