Horrible management. Wandy canceled my online order of 9 toilet paper packs. She said she can’t deplete her inventory. So I said ok what can I have. She told me I could have 3. I went to pick them up and she had over 100 packs. Her words “she can cancel at her discretion”. She said “if I wanted to come in the store and buy all 100 I could but not on an online order”. FYI, I have order toilet paper this way from this store for about 5 years and now it’s a problem. Horrible pharmacy. Another pharmacy told me I am better off calling my doctor to resend a prescription than trying to get Walgreens in canal to help.

The pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen. If you call or ask a question, you receive a bot answer even though you are talking to a person. No respect for the customers, just focused on sales. Pathetic!

I’m switching pharmacies, because these people spike my blood pressure! There’s an extremely incompetent tech who takes forever at the register, regularly holds up the line causing it to get backed up. I use a pretty expensive inhaler, and don’t have insurance right now, so I went in bearing coupons. I have a few other prescriptions, and one I know is out of stock. The tech immediately assumed that was the one I wanted without even asking me which one I was picking up. I said, “I don’t need that one, where’s the inhaler?” She had no idea what I meant! Then she said they have no record of me ordering the inhaler, but I’m staring at the confirmation on my phone. Then she says, “give us 30 minutes. Please sit down.” This happens to me regularly there, so I went to another window to get someone different. The pharmacist approached me, snapped at me, and told me to get back in line. Meanwhile, they DID have my inhaler, but incompetent tech can’t see it. She couldn’t process my coupons, wanted to charge me $400, and I’m explaining to her that I have a coupon for $100. Another tech came over to help, and incompetent tech got all defensive, insisting she did it right. The tech who came over to help figured out the problem and said she’d fix it. Incompetent tech told me to sit down again. The last time I ordered my inhaler, they didn’t fill it, and I wound up in the ER getting a breathing treatment! So, yeah, I was getting angry. Get that tech more training, or keep her off the register until she learns, and stop barking at customers!

The absolute worst. They delay every Rx by sending automated message saying there's an insurance issue. Even my doctor told me to steer clear of this pharmacy. Just spent 38 minutes on hold (I'm a glutton for punishment I guess) and still no one answered. Run away like I'm about to do.

Terrible customer service. Manager nasty The pharmacy doesn’t run on time. You are still waiting one hour after your scheduled appointment.

This place will make you want to smoke something green to calm your nerves. If you want to stump the pharmacy technicians just ask them what a band-aid is. Go to Kroger or Walmart for your meds or buy a pill press and make your own somehow. Anything would be better than going here.

Why is that, on a Friday around 10:45AM, there are four cars waiting to get their prescriptions in the drive-thru. Please make it a priority to hire enough staff to handle business.

I used to love this Pharmacy but since they have a new person in charge every month my meds are either delayed or out of stock. I’m wondering if they do a weekly inventory so this doesn’t happen every month not just to me but others too. I’ve been waiting for my medicine since Wednesday last week it is now Tuesday the following week and still no medicine. I was told last night I could drive to a pharmacy on Livingston as they had it. But was told they will have it today some time. I’ve been given the wrong medication from the wrong Dr and I never received an apology just a look of displeasure as if it was me who made the mistake. They told me it was an insurance issue but when I called insurance they said you are pre approved for both medications so they shouldn’t have any issues. I’ve just spoken to them and was told they can’t automatically refill I have to call it in. Well I’ve not had to do that before.

This is possible one of the worst pharmacies in Canal Winchester. Sharon is a racist older pharmacist who gives the worst customer service and is a very poor communicator. If you hate your job just retire!! If she is a representative of what Walgreens stands for as a company you guys are in trouble! BTW meds are always out of stock. Idk what the issue is but as of 2022 this has been a reoccurring issue along with thier system not taking insurance one day and then the next no issues and I have the same card with the same info. The only difference is the person submitting the refill or request

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Always messing up/not filling my prescriptions. Some prescriptions Always have an "insurance issue." I always have to worry if I'm going to get my prescription before I run out. The pharmacy employees don't ever seem to know what they're doing. Always getting put on hold and hung up. Always calculating refills wrong (even admitted it, I have it recorded). If you can go to a different pharmacy, please do. This Walgreens causes nothing, but stress and frustration. Thank God I don't rely on them for my life saving medication. Like I said WORST pharmacy ever!
