The manager, Krishma at Walmart in Canal Winchester is rude and unprofessional. I was visiting my sister from out of town and he made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I will NEVER shop at this location again! Walmart please make sure your managers are properly trained and no how to talk and treat customers!

Pretty much held hostage by the store trying to get the core charge for a car battery return $12 and five different people couldn't give me $12. .40 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. How dare you treat your customers this way. How dare you think you're going to retain your customers this way? I've never felt so purposely ignored , it's like they were gonna let me let them steal $12 from me.

This was an unexpected stop - we were in the area and as we were driving by, I spotted this Walmart Supercenter. A family member had told me about some fishing gear they had picked up at a Walmart, so I decided to pop in and see if this one had the gear. They sure did - there was plenty of stock, it was easy to locate in the outdoors section, and there was even a choice of colors. The cashier who rang us out was very friendly and nice to chat with as she efficiently kept the line moving. There is plentiful parking in the shopping center lot.

It is 3:35 Sunday Feb 29th. I don't find it appropriate for store associates to be standing at the self check out kiosk on the grocery side to be engaged in a personal discussion a d dropping the F-bomb with no regard to patrons! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! I tried calling it in, but nobody wanted to pick up. I would have spoken to someone personally but needed to be somewhere at a specific time, so getin and get what I needed was the agenda! I think Customer Service training and proper work ethic should be seriously considered. FOR ALL! Store was filthy and items difficult to locate. Some stockers knew, some had no clue, the clueless was working in the isle that had the product I was looking for! The one that knew was a few isles over.

This Walmart is the worst Walmart I have ever been to in my life. They never have anything on the shelves. Their pick up self shop services never looks for anything, I have several times been told that they didn't have certain items, and then went right in myself and found those exact items their shoppers said they didn't have. No one is ever helpful. And they ALWAYS HAVE A HORRIBLY BACKED UP SELF CHECK OUT LINE. This photo shows the self check out going all the way to the very back of the store where the dairy and eggs are. What the hell!?!?

It would be better if there was the ability to take stars away in this case. Walked into the garden center to buy mulch sitting right outside the door. 2 employees inside with no masks. I asked them to purchase the mulch - they said no, we only sell flowers. Well then who sells mulch, I asked. Inside the building sells mulch they said. Walked inside the building to buy the mulch - was directed to the garden center to buy mulch. Such an awesome experience here - well worth the rating it has - kind of generous even.

Zero stars here. Called at 4:55 to see if they were closing at 5 as they have done the past few days and the lady said that they are closing at 830. I arrive to the store at 5:07 and was informed that the store was closed. I would not normally be mad given the reason that they are closing early but when I called ahead of time and was explicitly told that they were staying open I am mad. This is in addition to Walmart not maintaining in stock on many items throughout this entire pandemic that I can get from the Kroger across the street on a daily basis. I will start taking my business to small mom and pop establishments when I can as Walmart has only flourished as the small guy has been trampled by this establishment.

Do not use their pick up service. An hour wait in the parking lot both times we tried. Gave them two chances and waited both times. On this order, we were charged for four items we did not get.

I went to the Canal Winchester Walmart on a saturday evening. The deli staff was beyond rude. After staff continuing to walk by me I was finally offered assistance reluctantly. I was rewarded for my efforts with some crappy looking colby cheese. What I got was colby cheese crumbles. The person that waited on me was more interested in flirting with her co-worker instead of attending to business. When I checked out that is yet another story. The parking lot is also dark and unsafe. Never again I will just go to Meijer.

Do not take your car here for an oil change unless you want to wait for 5 hours. Horrible customer service. Colossal waste of time. Never again! Save yourself the time and go to Valvoline across the street!

Darn you, Wal Mart! Like the other Wal Marts in our area, this Wal Mart is completely unorganized. The absolute worst department in this Wal Mart is the photo department. Every member that I have ever dealt with in this photo department seems to be confused about their job. There have been many times that I have stopped by for photo pickup and the team member could not locate my photos. Just recently, I had a couple photo orders placed for Christmas and while Walmart.com chat support states that my orders were delivered, the store states that they are unable to locate my order. This is extremely frustrating when the majority of the photo orders were Christmas gifts. During another past visit, I stood at the photo counter while the team member stood directly in front of me texting on their phone. After a few minutes, another team member came and assisted me while the other team member continued to stare at their phone. Sadly, this review is primarily on the photo department. I will no longer have my photo orders shipped to the store. I will pay the extra cost for shipping just to ensure that my orders are received (Walmart.com has an excellent turnaround time in completing orders and having them shipped to your home) and to avoid this kind of poor service!

Unbelievable! I just purchased an AC unit from this store only to find out that the unit inside the box was not the same. The box was retapped but I'm not the type of person to open a product in the store. I believe if it's on the shelf it's legit and assumed someone opened it to access the size but I was wrong and I should've opened and inspected it because It had been used and was disgusting. I promptly returned it the store where I was called a liar "we wouldn't put it on the shelf if it had been opened" and wasn't offered any sort of resolution. Is that customer service? Insult the customer first and walk away after you angered them. Don't you have cameras and video that you could've viewed to validate my story? Couldn't you have attempted to help? I don't have the time or desire to fraud anyone and I don't appreciate the way I was treated. I've always shopped here and after this type of disrespect I'm sure I'll drive a longer distance and will pay more from a store with integrity and I encourage you all to do the same.

I need to share my most recent experience with my local Walmart so here it goes: In spite of my fairly frequent trips to the Lancaster store I still don't know their full product assortment so I turned to one of their associates for directions. His name is Mason. He was busy stocking shelves but seemed close to being done when I approached him. He quickly finished up and rather than telling me in which aisle the product *ought* to be he accompanied me there and located it for me to be sure. That's what true customer service is about. Way to go, Mason!!! With your positive attitude you'll be a great leader with the corresponding title someday.
