incredibly unprofessional. when i took my cat to be spayed, i was unaware that she was pregnant. they aborted the kittens and charged me $30 without notifying me until i got to the clinic and it had already been done. i didn't have the money at the time to pay for that and they had no right to kill those babies without my permission! i had to have my friend send me money because i couldn't leave without paying a fee that they didn't even notify me of. a few months later i wanted to get my kitty a microchip and a vaccination and i was told i couldn't because they weren't accepting new clients even though i had been there! absolutely ridiculous.

I had an unpleasant visit today. Me and my dog were called into the exam room in a timely manner. After answering the questions time to wait an unacceptable amount of time for the vet. My poor baby was already stressed out and they just added a lot more having to wait sooooo long!!!!!

Had 6 cats/kittens fixed with the wonderful fix fest initiative!!! I did 3 sets of 2 just based on the age of the monsters, and everyone came back home without ANY complications, but my last 2 girls were done by Dr. Janelle Martin and the incision is so small it’s crazy, just amazing work from a vet that fixed at least the 12 cats that I saw get checked in that day ….

I have taken my animals there for years it's been awhile my dogs have been healthy.I stopped in to make a appointment they said I haven't been there for awhile and they consider me a new customer and they aren't taking any new patients .I have spent hundreds of dollars there over the years and that's how they treat people.But they have no problem taking your donations by the community to build a fancy expensive facility but when it comes down to serving the community they suck !

Just saw Cindy for my grooming needs and she was amazing with handling my cat, even though my kitty was very not pleased being there. Everyone there is super sweet aswell!

This place is a KILL shelter!!!! Dont take any strays or injured animals here they'll just kill them. And according to most of the reviews on here they dont even euthanize them right and they suffer. This shelter MURDERS animals. Dont know anything about their vet care but I'll let the rest of their reviews speak for themselves.

Had the longest hardest experience getting my dog back after he ran away! Do not recommend them to anyone. The manager John was not willing to help me out and was very very rude about everything!! The point of this place is to give animals a home meanwhile they tried to take an animal away from their home.

My vet wanted to charge over a $1,000 for my dog to be neutered. Angels did it for a fraction of that cost. In addition, my dog had eye discharge for which my vet prescribed an expensive oral medication. Unfortunately, the discharge never subsided. The Angels vet noticed and prescribed a $13 eye drop. Within 24 house the discharge cleared up. While some other vets are out to nickel and dime us pet parents, and pushing meds for kickbacks, Angels truly cares about our fur babies and does what’s best for them. Also, the ladies I dealt with were so nice. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I had to put my 18 year old dachshund to sleep. The staff was so compassionate and informative. They made a tough day so much easier.
