Best customer service. Ryan was an awesome guy. Huge help with the direction with the insurance claim with a ran over phone and setting up a brand new phone. Att should be proud to have him on their team.

Unfortunately, this site is probably the worst customer service I've had in contact with since being with ATT in the 15 years I've been a loyal customer. I've only used this location for paying my bill 3x. Every time I've gone into this store. The same individual has given me problems about showing my ID to pay my bill. Which isn't company policy. Yes, to make changes, or go into the account to purchase items on your line you do. However, to just pay your bill. They do not need to see the ID of the person paying on the bill. You just need the basic information like phone number, what service you're paying for and the amount and pass code. The last instance was the refusal of being able to pay on my bill without handing over my ID, and then after confronting this individual about company policy. Then comes out and says, well I actually don't need to see your ID. It is just something I like to do. I've called and filled a complaint on this person and the location. Customer service confirmed that they're policy to pay your bill has 0 to do with showing identification to pay your bill.Also, every time you go in, the associates are on their phones and most do not greet you when you come in. I miss the kiosks where you could just go in and make your payment that way.

I can't speak for this particular store but ATT is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Hidden fees, "optional" feature charges, horrible customer service and tech support, misleading advertising.....the list can go for days. I'm in high anticipation for Spectrum to make it's way to my area. It will be the quickest change I've ever made in my life. I'll gladly buy myself out of ATT because in the long run it will save me thousands.

The customer service at this store was simply wonderful! The manager specifically went above and beyond. Thank you Caleb, and Alex for taking the time to be sure that all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend this AT&T store.

Caleb John is an absolutely exceptional manager! This isn’t just because he knows his work, but because his interpersonal skills are off the charts. Caleb took as much time that was needed to walk me through what I thought would be a very complicated process. In a day and age where people never take personal interests in their job, and in helping others, Caleb is a stark exception. This was the kind of experience one doesn’t get In retail.Caleb is a kind, intelligent, articulate individual. THANK YOU

We were referred to the Canfield location by a relative. Mandy and Alex were there. Two of the most knowledgeable and kind sweet and well mannered people I have met fir customer service reps. Great job Mandy and Alex. Keep up the good work
