Do not go to this location if you need a key cut. They attempted and failed 4 times before I caved and went to Boardman who got it right the first time and offered two free keys for all the hassle. Inventory also rarely reflects what their site says is available.

Well stocked shelves, knowledgeable staff. I needed silicone grease, and the cashier directed me to the exact location to find it. They have a huge selection of bolts and screws in case you need a replacement. Very friendly and well-run store!

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I need help, I needed to find a part for my plumbing and as soon as I walked over to the guy I was told this is what I needed and it was exactly right. I proceeded to walk around the store and just see if I needed anything else and was asked by a few more employees if I needed help. This place is great if you need help finding things, will definitely be coming here over a Home Depot or Lowe’s where you have to wait 20 minutes to find someone

Never buy paint from here. We asked for the color Iron Ore from Sherwin Williams (previously bought and had no problem) and we needed more paint, the employee did not tint the paint right, did a different Iron Ore from a different paint company with a different code. Both my husband and I reached out for them to make us the right color and we were told there was nothing they can do. We can't return the paint even though it was the employees fault and they refuse to give us any sort of a refund. We are in the middle of a project and would prefer the paint color to match. Terrible customer service from both shift managers. We buy from here a lot and now will be taking our business elsewhere.
