“I was well impressed - I was expecting kind of normal baby clothes and went in for a browse, but this shop is beautifully curated with pieces that are high quality and unique. I'm absolutely obsessed! I bought so many pieces for baby girl.”

“In general, a great place and I visit often. However, they do need to check some products before putting them on the shelves. This is the second time I've bought a product only to find that it had missing pieces and have now essentially lost $35. The first product was a broken baby swing, the second a sheet set that turned out to be missing the fitted sheet. I was surprised by the owner's reaction when I described the broken swing, which was essentially, "Oh yeah, that happens." Their three-day return policy seems impossible for the customer and in my case means that I have to eat the lost money because they didn't test or check their items. I will continue going back there but from now on will avoid buying any products that I cannot thoroughly test in the store.”

“My friend told me about this place, I’ve driven by 1000’s of times and never knew it was there. If I could give them more stars I would. Best children’s thrift store I’ve ever been too and I’m a thrifter! Great items lots in all sizes but not so much you can’t even look through the items. Every thing is in great condition and great prices. I’ll never go to once upon a child again. If you’re looking for something they probably have it. The owner and her husband are the nicest people, so personable and very helpful. I came early in the afternoon on a Thursday and no one else was in there and they asked if I wanted them to close the front door so my daughter (1.5 year old) could walk around. She had fun! Lol 10/10 will recommend to every mom I know”

Haile has been with them as long as I can remember. She is so good she remembers you she remembers your style she knows your colors she will help you buy things you didn’t know you needed and you will absolutely adore them. “They have the most adorable clothes there for babies and kids. For someone like myself, living paycheck to paycheck part-time and on disability, the return policy is no cash refunds. I got 4 outfits for my nephew, one being a 4 pc set off clearance rack came to 191.00. One of the outfits my niece didn't care for and when I went to return it I was told and shown on my reciept no cash refunds. So if you want quality clothes, they have it, make sure your getting what you want though. If it wasn't for the return policy I would give it 5 stars. Im sure I'll be back for special occasions.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Once Upon A Child and felt it was important to share. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately welcomed and asked if I needed help — which I truly appreciated. I didn’t have to search for assistance or wander around trying to figure things out. The customer service started the second I came through the door.

The store itself looked amazing. Everything was clean, organized, and even color-coordinated, which made it so easy and pleasant to shop. You could tell the staff takes pride in keeping the store looking nice.

I came in during a stressful, last-minute situation and urgently needed some type of baby item — a swing, bassinet, bouncer, or anything safe for a baby to relax in besides the couch. Jaden stepped in right away and helped me from start to finish. He was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about my situation. He didn’t just point me toward an aisle — he took the time to walk with me, show me options, answer my questions, and make sure I found exactly what I needed.

His willingness to help and his positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier, and his level of customer service truly stood out. Employees like Jaden make a big difference, and he definitely deserves recognition.

I know the store’s ratings may be lower than they should be, but my experience was absolutely amazing. Between the warm welcome, the organized store, and the outstanding customer service, I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!”
