⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down The BEST CVS MINUTE CLINIC! 🙌🏻👏🏻😊 I’m so glad my daughter told me about this place. It’s better than going to see your PCP! The Minute Clinic covers a WIDE VARIETY of care and treatment for your health concerns as found on the website of what they treat and vaccinations they offer. They also do virtual video visits too! Very helpful if you’re too sick to get out or are elderly. I’ve used both services and they’re by far the BEST! 💯% RECOMMENDED!! Very easy to follow instructions online for scheduling both visits in store, online and virtual. Walk-ins are also welcomed. Most insurances are accepted and if no insurance the cost is very reasonable. Very thorough and compassionate care about your health needs. Kids are also welcomed to visit along with being accompanied by an adult. You won’t be disappointed here!! Thank you to all the medical professionals who assist in your healthcare. 💯 % RECOMMEND CVS MINUTE CLINIC! Staff in store and pharmacy professionals are also very helpful and friendly. This CVS pharmacy will not tell you if they have the medication in stock unless you have the prescription already sent there. . . Think about how stupid that is. You’re calling to see if they’re able to fill the medication, but they can’t tell you they can unless you have your script sent there??? So you send your script there and then they don’t have the medication in stock???!?!?!? I tried to get the pharmacist to understand why this made no sense and she raised her voice at me, put me hold, and treated me like I was scamming for drugs. Which isn’t abnormal if you’re adhd unfortunately. So I called CVS corporate and reported it to a lovely girl named Laquanda and she called the corporate pharmacist and he pretty much said too bad, nothing they can do.
Just because a person is prescribed a controlled substance does not mean you get to treat them like this. There is a national shortage on some medications and ADHD people have to find their meds pretty much every month. This involves calling pharmacies to see if they have it in stock. As someone who has devoted his life working as a therapist in mental health the level of apathy this CVS employee shows, the way in which they choose to be inconsiderate is so distressing.

I called about a prescription I needed transfered to my location since my location has it on back order but the one in Canfield had it in stock but I wanted to see if they could transfer it to my location the pharmacy technician wasn't really pleasant I was trying to explain to her my situation it just went in one ear and out the other it really annoyed me they need to have better kind and knowledgeable people working I had to end the conversation before it went left I wish I would of got her name so I could let her supervisor know how she conducted her self unacceptable

CVS Canfield has always been excellent in my opinion & tonight Leah was extremely helpful & courteous to me & the lady in front of me. Handled everything we needed & was so patient with us both. I recommend cvs for anyone especially this location

Went to CVS bought a birthday card then I had to fill out a survey two days later about my experience. I would go more often, but I hate filling out their surveys for a four dollar birthday card.

The ladies that work at the pharmacy are just amazing. They go above and beyond their requirements. They have helped me obtain medications with approved coupons that I would have never known about. This place is extremely busy, yet somehow they always give great personal service. KUDOS to all you wonderful ladies that work so hard at this pharmacy!!!

I had a prescription refilled due for an antibiotics for my kid. I had been waiting for two days but they never informed me that they don't have that in their stock. When I called to ask when they can let me know if they will have it, the lady on the phone simply said she doesn't know. Seems like they don't care for the patients.
