They empathize with you during this terribly difficult time by giving you comfort in knowing that they will make a 100% + effort to insure that your loved one will be treated with great respect and care. They help you make preparations that fulfill your needs as well as they handle a lot of things that you think are all on you, they make all the necessary notifications of your loved ones passing, they help you write the obit, they take care of music you want played, prepare the services, the schedule of the viewing and actual service, the little things they do extra, even printing beautiful thank you’s to send out to friends and family, they make a very difficult time a little easier to bear by taking care of all the necessary preparations. But most of all they do their very best to make sure that the memory of your last look upon your loved one is a good one and preserved well. I thank Lane for the excellent care they took of my husband, and the emotional support they provided myself, my daughter and our family with. They called about a week later just to check on us and see how we’re doing and offering any extra assistance we made need.I have no pics but the funeral home is beautiful and I actually had a few guests comment on that. 💙🙏😇”
