Giant Eagle Canfield is the best. Plenty of parking, plenty of carts on hand to use while shopping. Great selection and always plenty of stock. Prices are good and the sales, special coupons and digital coupons make the prices even better. The pharmacy is conveniently located inside the store. But most importantly the staff is the friendliest, most helpful, most respectful I’ve ever encountered in any store anywhere.

Do NOT buy your Mother’s Day flowers from Giant Eagle Canfield without inspecting them!!! They are completely rotten in the center where you can barely tell from the outside!! Never in my life have I bought flowers from Giant Eagle that look so horrible.

There is a lot of problems here. This store is not what it once was. However it seems like the problem is management. The workers are really miserable. Every single department, and unfortunately they’ll just let the phones ring and ring cause they’re so exhausted and trading spots constantly it seems?
** was in yesterday 04/29 and found a purse and rushed it to customer service- left it there so someone could claim it and was thanked only to call this morning and ask to speak to a manager and make sure it was claimed to be asked “ WHY????!!!!” As I said above, I only told him I wanted to make sure it was claimed to the rightful owner and he said yeah and hung the phone up! I truly hope this is true, even with his current mood. **

The best prices on meats, check out their ads weekly, I haven't found another place that gives such great prices on meats not to mention great quality, even when you get Giant Eagle brand items there quality can't be beat. They also have an amazing floral department with wide range prices for everyone's pocket.

1:35 p.m. I was checking out and helped by the most courteous and nicest cashier of all his name was David, and is the example of how people who choose to work in customer service should treat their guests.. great job man I appreciate the hospitality

There was an older lady working outside moving benches etc. Not only was it freezing. But also gusts of wind. It had to be an hour or so. I went in when she started and walked out about an hour later. What the hell is wrong with giant eagle management. I’ll never shop here again.
