Poor customer service. Don't even great you when you come in, one girl has an attitude, clear they have seen me sitting there and don't even acknowledge me. They will take people walking in after you.

I always adore coming in to see Julie! She is such a joy and friendly. Very compassionate and helpful when it comes to what you should/could do with your hair and she doesn’t force styles on you like at a lot of places.

Husband and I were serviced quickly, both stylists were great and very attentive to detail. I was a little low on energy and my stylist recognized that and gave me an almost silent appointment, which I appreciated. Husband's stylist was very friendly and had a smile on her face almost the whole time.
