What a nice experience in selling a car! My wife's very low mileage 2016 Mercedes Convertible was currently not being driven and Chris Haus came to the rescue. He took a quick look, and within 20 minutes brought in a check and picked up the car! Paperwork was minimal and we are happy with the entire transaction. Why would anyone want to try to sell a car through newspaper or internet ads when all they have to do is call Haus Auto Group for a fair price? Thanks Chris.

This was my best experience at a dealership. Absolutely no pressure and Jo was fantastic. I did a test drive and closed the deal in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend!!!

The people at Haus Auto Group are the best!! Very knowledgeable committed and above all, honest. Jo is such a person that I had the pleasure of working with. She answered all my questions promptly, professionally, kindly and facilitated the entire process from inquiry through delivery. I was inquiring remotely, so I had a lot of questions and I’m very fussy but Jo was always there like a friend. She was always kind, patient, very trustworthy, reliable and responsive. This is rare and very much needed in the automotive world. Without her - I would not have been able to make the purchase. Well done!!

Never buy a car here.. I bought a car 3 months ago for $7500 and when I asked how much they would give me to resell it, they said they would give me $2000. Does that make sense? I tried to resell a car that I had driven for 100 days and they said they would sell it at a loss of $5500. Does that make sense?

We are a band on tour from Nashville and we wanted to get a diagnostic of our van; we often stop for these on the road as a precautionary measure after a couple of weeks just to make sure everything is running fine. The folks at Haus were super courteous, thorough, and quick. They let us know our van is running properly. Will definitely stop by here again when passing through ?.

WOW is all I can say about this insanely amazing dealership, Specifically Jo. I went there looking for a specific vehicle and she had it ready for us to test drive super quick, we were approved with financing in less than 5 minutes and then they got us an even lower interest rate! But what really sealed the deal for me was the unconditional kindness Jo showed to my kids. We had an issue with my car insurance, and it took an hour of me on the phone trying to figure it out so I could sign for the car, and she pulled out all the stops. She gave them snacks and drinks and treats and coloring pages and they were so happy to and good while I was trying to figure everything out and I will never forget her generosity. If your bosses are reading this, SHE NEEDS A RAISE. I had never bought from a dealership before and I can tell you that I will be from now on and only from Jo!

I loathe buying used cars. In 45 years I've never returned to a dealership as a repeat buyer but I'll definitely be back to these guys. And they're 8 hours away. My hubby and I were both shoping for vehicles and Google showed us Haus. They happened to have exactly what we both were looking for. The website looked like the cars were in good condition, they all had low miles, were clean, and priced well below the same vehicles at other dealers. I scrolled through years of internet reviews and couldn't find a single, warranted, bad one. So we called. They sent us a bunch of pictures and videos. Even put it up on the lift to show the underside. Mike, our sales guy worked his butt off for us. We hitched up my car to the hubby's truck and drove across 3 states, with our trade ins, not really believing it was going to work out. We were very wrong! It was amazing! We left with a new (to us) truck and car. They gave us more for our trades than I thought and their price compared to KBB is astounding. Like thousands less. They even came with a warranty. I honestly can't believe it. Mike doesn't know it but he's my new best friend and can never retire!
