I came here to grab a used vehicle. I told them how much I was looking to spend and they found me an amazing Saturn. It's clean, runs great, and best part they got me out of there spending less then I told them. They also checked in the following day just to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. So overall great place to shop and they will work with you to make it super easy.

I took my car into the services department, for a diagnostic test! Because my car keeps on stalling while I am driving. So they ran the test! The mechanic said, my battery tested 81% and know other codes came up. And they recommended that I buy a new battery, In which I purchased from their, for 400 and something dollars along with paying for a 80 diagnostic test to. So within a couple days, for car continued to keep stalling. So I called them up, and told them its still stalling on me, while I am driving. So they told me to bring it back in. So I took my car back in, and they said I had to leave it over night. And they would provide a loaner for me to drive until the next day. So I waited the next day, and haven't heard anything about my car. So I gave them a call to see what was going on with my car. The told me they put new spark plugs in . Which they never contacted before they did the job. They just put them, without asking me. I stated when I called in, about my car, I didn't have anymore money to spend on my car. So right their, that was a negative experience. They services adviser told me I had to pay a hundred and third dollars for them putting in the spark plugs, in which they didn't get my permission first. So I went in and picked my car up. I told them I shouldn't have to pay for spark plugs, because I didn't give you the ok to put them in. And so he said I am not going to charge you. So I left with my car! As soon as I started to go to work, my car started stalling again. I gave them a call right away. The service adviser told me mam, I don't know what to tell you. You are going to have to bring it back in, but I can't get to it to next Tuesday that's when, I will have a loaner car. So I called the service manger and left a message for him to call me, and he never returned my phone car! And then I call and left my number for the owner to call me and he never returned my call either. I think this is bad business. I have been dealing with them for a while. I am very disappointed with them and I not taking my car back their. Because they act like they can't find the problem with my car. And they act like they dont care. So I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. People have told me bad things about this dealership. I just found out, from them. You have just lost a customer 😠 😡
