I have been a loyal customer at this bank for a decade, but recently, a significant change in their paycheck hold policy has left me feeling tremendously let down. It's truly disheartening to witness the deterioration of the services that I have come to trust and rely on.To my astonishment, my bank has decided to start holding my paychecks, causing major disruption to my financial obligations and personal life. As someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, this sudden change has created a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety for me.It is incomprehensible to me why a bank would choose to hold its customers' hard-earned money, especially after having a long-standing relationship with them. It feels like a breach of trust and a clear disregard for customer loyalty.Moreover, the frustrating part is the lack of clear communication and valid reasons behind this sudden policy shift. The bank failed to provide any satisfactory explanation for implementing this change, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.This new policy has had a detrimental impact on my ability to pay for rent, bills, and other essential expenses, causing unnecessary financial strain. I have found myself scrambling to find alternative solutions to meet my financial obligations, which is not what one expects from a bank they have entrusted their money with for years.I urge my fellow customers to approach this situation with caution and consider if their trust is well placed with this bank. They have demonstrated a complete lack of empathy towards their customers and have shown little regard for their long-term relationships.Overall, I am deeply disappointed with this bank's recent decision to start holding my paychecks. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and disregard for customer loyalty have tarnished the trust I once had in them. I urge them to reconsider this policy and restore the faith of their devoted customers.

I do a lot of my banking here and the staff is kinda and attentive. Sometimes they appear to be a little short staffed but it doesn't look like the highest traffic area so from my experience it causes a minimal problem. The quality of employee makes up for any delays.

Unless Key Bank Corporate adds additional tellers avoid this bank on a Saturday for your banking. Recently had a horrible experience making a basic business deposit...DO Not Blame the Teller but I do blame whomever thinks 1 teller on a Saturday is a brilliant idea! Have contacted and left a message with Missy your Operations Manager and Ryan your Area Manager and I hope for not just myself but any of your account holders that customer service is Very Important! Remember Key Bank Corporate you do have competition!!!!

Went to add someone to an account and it took over an hour.
