“The staff in there are very knowledgeable very helpful, they have a large selection and stand behind what they sell. It will be very hard for me to buy off-line now.”
“We needed a string trimmer repaired. Warranty company recommended the Tractor Barn. We took it there and they were quick to fix it. Highly recommend them. Fast, friendly service.”
“Elliott’s Garden Center has been absolutely fantastic to work with. From ordering to delivery, the entire process was easy and stress-free. We’ve ordered both unfiltered and filtered dirt, and the quality has exceeded our expectations every time. The delivery drivers were professional, friendly, and careful with placement. It’s hard to find businesses with this level of customer service anymore. We’ll definitely continue using them and highly recommend them to others!!!”
“Chuck's greenhouse is a dang gem! I was spoiled when I lived like 4 minutes away because now that ive moved I drive an hour to get there!! You can't beat their prices, or their diverse selection of veggies and fruit transplants, and flowers. This is the only place I can find tomatillos!! I've been making my famous salsa Verde with Chuck's veggies for so many years now. I bought flowers yesterday too! I thought they were mistaken when they told me what my total was with everything I got. ??”
“Huge selection of all types of plants, flowers, vegetables, herbs and so much more. Prices are right about what the big box stores are but the plants here are better cared for and are much healthier. I dont come here often because I always spend more than I intend to because everything looks amazing.”
“I lived in Ohio briefly and worked at the farmers market in Westlake where Carmella has a booth. BEST PRESSED JUICE OUT THERE. After moving away I tried to find something that hit the spot like Deep Roots but nothings the same. Need this on the west coast PLEASE!!!”

“Love ALL Home Depot stores! This is my favorite... Employees are always friendly and helpful! Shout out to Danny, he went above and beyond to help us find products, truly, an asset to Home Depot corporation!#SatisfiedCustomer”
“A HUGE shout out to Bridget (sorry if I spelled it wrong)! My 6 year old son asked for gift cards for his birthday to buy his own workbench/tool box. He was so excited to get enough to buy it all on his own. We ordered it online to make sure the store had it. When we got there, Bridget checked us out. Bridget went above and beyond to talk to him about it and all of his tools. He explained to her how he loves to take stuff apart and she was so enthusiastic and supportive of his passion! My son suffers from anxiety and can act differently in certain situations but she did not bat an eye. When he became “awkward†she gave him his space but still made the experience so memorable! She truly made him feel special! The world needs more Bridget's!!!! Thank you so much!”
“THIS IS A SHOUTOUT TO AN EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE, DAMONT! (Recognize your younger employees HD). I came in for a Dash, he helped me even though my app would've said where item was. We laughed, he smiled, nice kid! He needs some badges! Free lunch? Damont!!”
“Service excellent, selection outstanding and fair prices. I was only bothered by the amount of merchandise in the aisle made maneuvering my cart difficult. Was impressed when an employee followed me out to my car and help me load my merchandise, which I wouldn't have been able to do without him.”
“As I continue on my Yelp shopping series, this is another staple we frequent very often. Basically, we go to save money as with most shoppers. This store just opened a few months ago of which helped to create hundreds of jobs. If your familiar with northeast Ohio, we are literally in the rust belt. Unemployment is high as is everywhere else so this store was welcomed with opened arms. They boast that they built this store to be environmentally friendly and utilized practices to be a "Green" store. This is another important aspect in my opinion. It is clean and it offers what every other Walmart offers-low prices. This is important to us as with many so yeah, we like it.”
“They almost always have what we need. I've had a few issues over time and the employees have always gone above and beyond to help fix it. Only complaint, I wish the houseplant section was better. But hey nobody is perfect lol.”
“I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Larry at the paint counter! He is, without a doubt, one of the most knowledgeable and helpful employees I’ve ever encountered. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and make sure I was getting exactly what I needed for my project.
What really stood out to me was how much pride Larry takes in his job. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his work, his customers, and making sure they leave happy and confident in their purchase. He knows his stuff, and his professionalism and willingness to help are truly impressive.
Honestly, I’ve never met someone who takes this much pride in what they do. Larry deserves to be promoted to a management position! Employees like him are exactly what makes a company stand out. He is an incredible asset, and I truly hope management recognizes what a valuable employee they have in Larry.
Thank you, Larry, for going above and beyond and making our experience such a positive one. If you need help with anything paint-related, I highly recommend seeing Larry at the paint counter. He is exceptional!”
