I have had the same scripts at different pharmacies and elite is by far my favorite because the tabs are thinner and smaller (so much easier to take) and the staff is super helpful, they make everything so easy

I'm homebound for the last 5 years and have in home Physician care and nursing along with Occupational and Physical therapy.
My physician contacted Elite pharmacy 3 months ago and requested 2 home vaccinations. After several werks i made several phone calls and left messages since beginning of October.
Finally spoke to Owner of Elite Pharmacy on this past Wednesday 12-18-2024, was told that a representative for Elite would be out today at 6:30pm to administer the vaccinations.
Guess what? They never showed up, no phone call, nothing. I've needed these vaccinations for over 3 months and all my other Homecare responds within the hour and they show up the next day in most cases.
It's unfortunate that I have to give this negative review about Home care, but rest assured I'm contacting my physician and my insurance company regarding their poor patient care. Beyond disappointing and if I could give a negative rating I would.

The best pharmacy and staff ever! They are reliable, fast, answer questions very detailed and everyone is super awesome. The owner is my favorite and welcomes me and has a conversation every time I go in there. They even deliver your meds the same day if need be. Couldn't say enough great things about them.

Good luck getting thru or any info from anyone. Been calling and even emailed with no reply or info. Has been 2 weeks since my physician said my script would be ready and waiting for me.
