Hands down the best dealer service experience I’ve had. There are multiple dealerships closer to me but I was referred to Point View and they did not disappoint. Jason was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions on top of performing my service while I waited. This saved me a second 3 hour round trip to pick the bike up. I will definitely be taking my bike to Point View for any future service or parts for my Superduke.

Poorly run business! I took my 4 wheeler in for service. The dealership told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to look at it and they would call me to give me updates and prices before they fixed anything. It took them at least 10 weeks before they even looked at it. I had to call them all the time to get updates from them. They told me several times that someone would call me but they never did! The end result was that they had my 4 wheeler for 25 weeks. They never once called me for any updates or to give me prices on their services. They never did fix my main problem. They initially told me that the part was back ordered and come pickup my 4 wheeler. I pressed them to tell me what part needed replaced and to order the part and I would bring the 4 wheeler back when the part came in. Then they told me that they weren't sure if that was the problem! When I picked the 4 wheeler up I told them I was not happy with their service. The guy that waited on me told me he didn't like hearing that his customer was not happy. He said to give them a couple of days and someone from the company would be calling me. Well, I never received a phone call just like I didn't receive a call from them during the 25 weeks they had my 4 wheeler! I do not know how this company stays in business if they treat all their customers like they treated me!

I won't go anywhere else! Point View will get all my KTM business for the remainder. Parts department is staffed by friggin wizards!I couldn't get specs on my '91 ANYWHERE. I looked online, tried the local parts and service departments at several other shops, and out of desperation even called Amherst, all to no avail. Jason and Chad got me right. They have the microfilm on deck, right at the parts counter!

Had a motor rebuilt by them only to work on it myself after only 2 hours of riding the clutch basket was sloppy and needed to be shimmed. friction plates were out of spec. clutch was not properly adjusted and slipping really bad. I’m not impressed with there work at all

Best service ever. Everyone is very friendly. I was put off at first by the fact that the building clearly used to be a restaurant, but they do solid work. I gladly take my bike here even though they aren’t the closest KTM shop

Every single time I've ever went into this place i had an excellent experience. These folks have always been helpful even if I was buying parts that were for different aftermarket manufacturers. Please support this small business, I'd buy from them over any other power sports dealer.
